Great Experiences! Was in time and very friendly.

Excellent service - our flight was delayed by 3 hours and our wonderful driver waited patiently and stayed in touch. Very friendly and chatty, seeing to all our needs about car temperature, music. Company was brilliant to work with, superbly flexible and helpful. Lovely to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Could not recommend this more. There were multiple hiccups (entirely my fault), but Stevie reacted quickly and efficiently. His sincere and compassionate personality made the trip easy and fly by. He went above and beyond and ensured that I, in my wheelchair, as well as my luggage, was able to get to the necessary part of the airport. I would highly recommend this service and am endlessly grateful for the kindness I was offered.

St Andrews Shuttle saved our vacation! We had a rental can that fell through at the last second, leaving our party of 6 stranded with a full itinerary. St Andrews Shuttle came to our rescue repeatedly, providing us with first class transportation at a reasonable cost. I cannot thank them enough, nor recommend them enough.

Excellent communication and flexibility regarding last minute changes. Drivers very friendly and helpful and all vehicles clean. Very punctual regarding agreed pick up times. With multiple vehicles they can adapt quickly in case of a bus being delayed due external circumstances

if you are looking for an excellent trasnport service at good price then St Andrews Shuttle is your choice. No need to rent and worry about GPS, parking, where are the keys, etc. They drive so that you can also (golf) drive!!
Wendy was always responding emails promptly and very helpful while arranging last minute changes.
Everything was delivered as expected - punctuallity, flexibility, availability and friendship - in a super comfortable mini-bus for 8 people. Our driver, Randall, was great and always available to adapt to our needs and to help us when needed: leave luggage / bags in the bus, I can stop here for you to do more shopping, etc.
Highly recommended and looking forward to go back to St Andrews with them!!

I've used this service quite a few times now and am always impressed by the professionalism of the drivers, their driving ability, and knowledge of St Andrews and the surrounding area. The drivers all know the tips and tricks for the airport and are happy to share their knowledge with their riders. Highly recommend for groups as well!

St Andrews Shuttle is an amazing company from the front office to their drivers! I used them once in September of 2021 and on my past trip in February/March 2022 to take me both to St Andrews and back to the Edinburgh airport.

My travel requirements to go to St Andrews changed and when I emailed this to Wendy and Gordon, they responded promptly, professionally, and were able to provide me with everything I asked for. There was nothing lacking in this process and I could not have asked for better. My driver on this trip was Wee Martin. He absolutely made the experience! Martin is a complete professional who gave me a wonderful narrated trip to St Andrews. It was a great historical, informative tour of the area and happily I took him up on several of his travel tips during my week in St Andrews.

Because of Wendy, Gordon, and Martin, I changed my plans of taking public transportation back to the airport and booked another shuttle. I requested Wee Martin as my driver if it was possible. And again, I was provided with perfect service! I did change my plans after booking and this did not phase them in the least. My pickup was on time and Martin provided me with a comfortable, enjoyable ride back to the airport. Once again my trip was not just a ride, but a tour with an engaging and knowledgeable gentleman.
I cannot wait for my next trip to St Andrews which will start and end with St Andrews Shuttle again! Additionally, as my daughter attends the university, my experience with this company gives me complete confidence in her riding the shuttle as well.

It is not every day that you meet a shuttle driver in Scotland who knows so much about so many places in the Caribbean. Brian certainly was an amazing driver who made the experience on a difficult day really warm and welcoming. All aspects of the trip from the booking to the drive were done efficiently!

I have used St Andrews shuttle several times a year for all 4 years of my undergrad degree. Never once have I had any issues. It is a very fair price for the service you get - the standout point being how they accommodate for your flight being late etc, meaning you have nothing to stress about.

We have used the St. Andrews Shuttle several times for our daughter, as well as ourselves over this last year, and I can't say enough about their service! From booking to arrival at the front door of our final destination, the experience has been seamless. While Wendy and Gordon run their business in an extremely professional manner through the efficient website, their operation still maintains that local, neighborhood feel despite the fact that they are in Scotland and I am in the US. I book with confidence knowing I can easily email, call via WhatsApp or text and communicate with one of them directly with any questions or updates I may have. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of their wonderful service frequently over my daughter's next three years at the University!
