Poor online service for in shop delivery

I bought online on the 7th September with option to collect in physical shop, Payment confirmed on that day. Information was that item will be available in shop within 2 working days. On 17th September I finally receive confirmation that item was available in shop after I call to inform that order must be cancelled and refund made considering the big delay in delivery. I have to call again after that to ask again for the refund that was made a few days later.

Inkjet Print Cartridges

Do not under any circumstance purchase HP Inkjet Print cartridges from this company. At the current exchange rate they are charging £48 for a product available elsewhere for between £10 and £13. Shop around online and even with delivery save a fortune.

The way they advertise is misleading

The way they advertise is misleading. It has been banned successfully in other EU countries due to the violation of the consumer protection laws. They advertise with discounts upto 70%. The trick is to discount something less valuable and make people click or got to the (online) store. The real discount on valuable items is far less impressive. Second violation of consumer law (also big court cases decided in favor of consumers in other EU countries) is that they advertise with something attractive, like a cheap tablet,10" and then have no stock or just a few. When you go to the store, they tell you they haven't received any. You cannot back-order. You have been lured to the store, hoping you would buy something else.

Order placed the 07th - should have been delivered the 08th. No sound / no email - Called and the lady advised me it should be delivered on the 11th..... nothing. Called again, waited for 32 min on the phone. The lady said it should be delivered tomorrow. ???

staples.pt absolute no go!

Within 24 (working) hours the delivery was made. Damaged!
On the same day I informed staples.pt and asked them to pick up the damaged computer and deliver a new one.
Three days later, the email messages all still very friendly but not helpful, I still had no confirmation as the when the computer was to be picked up.
Not professional for an online shop. Within three working days it should be expected to at least receive a date for the pick-up.
