Will have to rescind from my decisiin to remove the negative feedback I wrote as a courtesy so that my request to withdraw my profits will be processed. They asked for the IBAN code which is not used in Philippine banks. I have called their attention and dutifully informed them that we can only provide the SWIFT code. It has been more than a month now and I lost the profits I gained. By the way, they promised that someone will personally help me manage my account but I managed to get the profits on my own.
I read their reply and I am wondering how they are contacting me. Their website is down as of the moment and I am inclined to believe that this is a scam. I still can't forget how I felt that I was threatened when I was asked to remove the first review I made in order for them to process my request. And yes, they called me up promising that the request will be processed. After that, I felt hanging in the air. By the way there is no reply button on their response so how can I reach out to them. As I mentioned their website is down so I cannot send an e-mail to their customer service. By the way, I have already explained that the IBAN is not a standard here in the Philippines and based on my readings, it is only applicable in European countries. I have explained this to Starcapital and I have provided my bank's SWIFT code. It seems that one of the reviews I read is true that it is difficult to withdraw money from them.

Was advertised that you could deposit money and they would do the rest, just check your balance and see how it had grown.Kept getting phone calls that lasted a few minutes then was told they needed to call me again in a few days to show me how the system worked. They kept asking a lot of questions regarding how much more money I had to invest ( all they seemed interested in).
After about the sixth phone call and being told that i wouldn't generate any income on my small investment and that I had to invest at least £3000, I explained that I didn't have this kind of spare money, I was advised to borrow it from wherever I could ( friends/family/credit card)
I said that this wasn't for me and asked for my money back, clicked on the withdraw button and nothing since. cant even get onto the website.
I'm thinking of reporting them for Fraud, as other people seem to have had the same experience............

They are not returning calls and their email is no longer Valid.

Yep, This definately looks like a scam. I invested the minimum amount about $250 US a month ago, I got a call from one of their "personal client relationship" people who seemed very friendly and courteous, I explained that I had no experience in online trading and he assured me I would be fine under their guidance. I was suspicious though because all he seemed interested in was how much more money I had available to invest, I said let me see the results before I commit any further. Since that call there was no further contact and no trading done. I have tried to make contact today and the web page is down. I don't think I will be seeing any of that money again. Another life lesson!

Poor response
Hi team , I have read some negative reviews and I am experiencing the same that 2 other people namely Mr Alder and Mr Ramalto had experienced from this company. I was introduced promptly by a account manager called David Goldberg, very polite and smart speaking gentleman, called me and set up a account and took my money . As he promised he arranged another guy to call me and show me buy the bitcoin wallet and promised to call back in a week to check the progress and show me how to withdrawn / deposit etc. I have emailed the a account manager and called the support team but all they say is some one will contact me ASAP which never happens . Can I please get a response ASAP.

They were very helpful, showed me how to get a bitcoin wallet, how to buy bitcoin with it and how to send it to them. Won't show me how to get it back though.

I have never written a negative review before but on this occasion I felt the need to. I was assigned a manager after investing. He called me once,asked few questions about my financial situation and when I said I didn't have any extra money in my bank, he quickly said he had an urgent meeting and needed to go. He has not called back since then. I have been calling customer service, they've always reassured me that he got the message and will call me back. This is my second week and still waiting. I am just scared that I have possibly lost my £190. Now, I am trying to withdraw my money if possible. For those thinking of investing, be careful. I don't know this company but I have previously lost a few thousand pounds with other companies. So when I see this behaviour it makes think of my bad experience.

A month ago when my financial condition…
A month ago when my financial condition went down. Afraid to pile up debts, I got a call from Starcapital and they helped me sort things out.
