DONT ORDER

Placed an order for 2 floral arrangements for a birthday. I was charged immediately but order was canceled within 12 hours with no refund. this website is a scam.

Please be assured that both of your refunds were fully processed on our end immediately following the cancellations.

Your orders for the Blush Rush Bouquet and Arrive In Style arrangements had to be canceled because our local florist partner in that specific delivery area is closed on Sundays. Our standard protocol in these instances is to immediately release the funds back to the customer's account.

Since the transactions have been finalized on our side, the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends entirely on your banking institution's processing times.

This place is a piece of crap after ordering flowers for a funeral and taking my money and waiting for the same-day delivery to cancel my order supposedly because they can’t deliver at the location when it wasn’t a problem before I paid when they asked me for the address plz be careful with these people

Terrible to deal with

Terrible to deal with. Will never use again. Called up to order flowers to be delivered the same day as I found out about a happy event. The guy said they can deliver to the address in California and was in that town and can do the same day and before 5 pm. Never received a confirmation but they charged my card. Later I called to find out the status of delivering and said they cancelled it as the company they work with couldn't deliver but never informed me despite taking my email. Was too late to order elsewhere. Very non professional.

Worst experience canceled my order on…

Worst experience canceled my order on the day of delivery at 6 AM. Hasn’t refunded my money since February 14. Of that, it cost me an additional $120 at another floral company to send flowers the same day for my daughter. So I would avoid using their online service or them in general because they have crappy customer service and will just take your money.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM! We went with this company because we thought we were using a local florist. They confirmed the order and then shortly before it was supposed to be delivered they cancelled the order and said they would issue a refund. That was several months and multiple emails ago, each time Starluck confirms they are issuing a refund and it nevers happens! They are a Scam.

Terrible company. Very misleading. They canceled my order for what they say is a “unknown “reason and didn’t tell me until it was too late in the day to do anything about it. Your order was canceled because our local florist in that specific delivery area had reached maximum capacity and could not guarantee our quality standards for your arrangement. In these rare instances, our protocol is to automatically and immediately release the funds back to the customer.

As the transaction is completed on our side, the processing time now depends entirely on your banking institution.

Please take another look at your bank statement or mobile app for a transaction under "Starluck Flowers." If it hasn't appeared yet, it should show up very shortly depending on your bank's processing times!

The reason for the cancellation was that our local partner florist was unfortunately at their maximum capacity for same-day delivery, so they weren't able to get your Precious Pink Tulips and Chocolates out the door. I’m always here if you have any other questions for me!

They charged the order immediately, cancelled the order within an hour, and haven’t refunded the charge in 2 weeks. Even after reaching out multiple times.

ZERO stars should be available. Totally fraudulent "business" claiming to deliver flowers locally, yet nothing ever happens once you pay what seem to be very reasonable prices. Website seems well put together and inviting - until you get stiffed & try to get a refund!

Do Not Waste Your Money

This website promises same day delivery, but 30 minutes after I placed my order, it was cancelled with absolutely no reasoning. As a company that claims to provide personal and attentive service on every order, and "commits" to quality and reliability, they handled the order cancellation VERY poorly. There was no offering any help to revise my order for different flowers, or changing my delivery date if that was the issue. Nothing. Just a cancellation. Super unprofessional, and I will not be ordering from them again.

I have gone ahead and confirmed that your transaction was voided and the funds were released immediately. Please take another look at your statement and search for “Starluck Flowers”—since it was a void, the pending charge should have simply dropped off!

Our local partner florist was unfortunately out of stock of the specific flowers needed for the Goodness And Light Bouquet, which is why we had to cancel.

your flowers will not be delivered

I made my order online and was then called to verify and then was being told to do a survey on the service provided I kept telling Patrick that I’m not going to do the survey bc there has been no service provided yet when the flowers are delivered I will do the survey he kept pushing me to do the survey until I told him I had to go I will do the survey after the delivery… then delivery day comes along which the request was to be at 10:30am at 9:45 am I get an email advising a refund will be issued to me and my order was cancelled (1 hr of the expected delivery) I believe this was all due to me not providing a survey when Patrick attempted to push me into doing the survey… don’t order from this company they will not deliver your flowers if you don’t do their survey before the delivery date

It's Not Legit!

I ordered at 1:23 pm and I called to confront them about being a non-local florist because he lied to me about being local, by 1:43 P.M. I received a cancellation notice. This is a scam website online. All of the arrangement pictures have the same amount of reviews, 24 each, and have 5-star reviews.
Update: They dropped my pending payment right away on the same day 4-10-2026

Lost my business!

I never even got to ordering the flowers. The customer service was so rude from the moment they answered the phone. I would never, ever, ever order from them. I imagine that their floral arrangements are as ugly as they are!

Scammers

Upon ordering flowers to be delivered, they immediately said that they are unable to deliver it and that I'll get a refund. After 3 phone calls and a month later, still no refund. Each time they said they'll start the refund. Never came.
