Same day delivery issues

Ordered same day delivery flowers for my moms birthday and got an email an hour later saying canceled “ I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.” It will take over a week for a refund they say, based on reviews, does anyone ever get flowers???

Ordered my Daughter flowers for…

Ordered my Daughter flowers for Valentine’s Day to be delivered on Feb 13th. It’s the Feb 15 and I called Star luck because my daughter never got the delivery. They said my order was cancelled. I never received any notification and the excuse was not even clear. Never order from here again!

if I could give zero stars I would

if I could give zero stars I would. ordered flowers before 11am on Friday. waited all day to see if they were delivered and at 3:30 called to follow up and they were already closed. called Saturday and the Woman that answered said I Was called and emailed (neither of those happened) To be informed they couldn't deliver it and said my money wouldn't be refunded for TEN DAYS then when expressing my dissatisfaction of service, I was hung up on. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

They are a scam

They sent an order confirmation for a flowers delivery on Valentine's Day. Two days later ON VALENTINES'S DAY, they sent an order cancellation.

As I suggested to Staruck Customer Service, do NOT confirm an order you cannot fulfill. Apparently they act as a broker. In the future, I will deal directly with local florists.

Please take a look at your bank statement for “Starluck Flowers,” as the funds should be showing up there. Our local florist partner was unfortunately at their maximum capacity for the Valentine's Day rush, so they were unable to fulfill the delivery for the Your Sweet Smile bouquet.

I recently ordered flowers for my girlfriend. I spent $70 almost immediately my order was canceled. I received an email stating that I will receive a refund in 5 to 10 business days but after further review of other customer experiences, I am very afraid that I will not receive my refund. I’m not understanding if it was canceled the same day why the payment wasn’t reversed.

The reason for the cancellation was that our local florist partner unfortunately reached their maximum capacity during the Valentine's Day rush and couldn't fulfill the delivery for the Be My Love Bouquet with Red Roses.

They stole my money.

They stole my money.
Placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, immediately received an email stating the flowers I wanted were out of stock and a refund would be issued. I received a pending credit to my bank in the full amount that was canceled the following day.
My bank informed me that no refund will be issued. I called / emailed them.
Zero response. Turns out there’s an entire reddit page dedicated to this company’s shady practices

Absolutely scam

Absolutely scam! I ordered flowers to my wife’s work and nothing was ever delivered. I called on the day of and after eventually getting through someone asked me for my Order number and then immediately hung up and blocked my phone.

If I could give a zero I would I live in Dublin Georgia and ordered flowers from Star luck florist in Byron Georgia. I found this florist by googling florist in Byron Georgia immediately was called and told the flowers couldn't be delivered because there was no driver. Said my order would be canceled and I would receive my refund within 3 days. The flowers were pending on my account for almost a week and finally disappeared. on February the 3rd my card was charged for the flowers a whole week after I ordered them and they had already canceled them. I have called three times they keep telling me 7 to 10 business days I will have my refund I still have not gotten my refund now when you call them the 1-800 number that is on their website they hang up in your face clearly a scam

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! 80$ for flowers and within an hour it was cancelled and I have been unable to contact them or get any money back. They are dirt bag scammers so PLEASE DO NOT USE!!

Just like many others I was scammed

Just like many others I was scammed. They immediately cancelled my order and said it will be 5-10 business days to refund. I let them know according to my bank it should be immediate since it was just placed and is still pending. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE it is a SCAM now I have to find flowers to ship to my friend who lost her husband. Instacart is delivering for me I would recommend them!

I ordered flowers for my aunt back in October. They said they couldn't deliver the flowers to the address almost immediately and told me they would refund my money in full. I still have not received my money. Would NOT advise doing business w these people. Nope!!

The website was super easy to navigate…

The website was super easy to navigate and order. I appreciated the pricing and that it was all upfront no hidden fees or anything. The free delivery was a nice extra! Grant called to make sure everything was spelled right on the card and get a delivery date. He was super friendly and easy to work with!
