Great customer service as always.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Anycubic. They generally respond to tickets within 24–48 business hours (keep in mind they operate on China time). Pro tip: Always check your spam folder or log directly into their ticketing portal, as their emails often get flagged.

Their support is methodical. They will walk you through troubleshooting steps first, so you need to be prepared to provide clear photos and videos of the issue. Once the problem is identified, they ship replacement parts quickly—usually within a week (unless its out-of-stock). After it leaves the warehouse, the timeline is up to the carrier, which is standard.

Most of the negative reviews I see come from people who are either brand new to 3D printing or simply impatient. If you provide clear information and follow their process, they take care of you.

Replacement parts

The customer service was fantastic. My printer was having issues and the customer service was very helpful. They diagnosed my printer error and sent me replacement parts to make the repairs.

Kobra 3 V2

I use my Kobra 3 V2 for my business, so any downtime is a huge problem for me. After a recent firmware update, I got a critical sensor error (Error 10129) due to a broken wire. I contacted support and was assisted by Nelson. I was worried it would take weeks of back-and-forth, but Nelson was incredibly fast and efficient. He quickly analyzed my case and immediately approved a warranty replacement for the entire heated bed. The instructions to provide my shipping details were very clear.

I am still waiting for the part to arrive in Brazil, but the customer service experience so far has been perfect. 5 stars for the agility and respect for the customer's time!

Highly recommended — excellent support and a great customer experience!

I would like to express my appreciation for the Anycubic support team. They truly made an effort to help me and provided a fast and solution‑oriented response to my issue. The communication was friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire process.

The team acted quickly and ensured that I received the replacement I needed, which is extremely important for my small business. I am genuinely impressed by their dedication and customer‑focused service.

Amazing response to trouble tickets.

Bought a replacement printhead for my Kobra 3. When it arrived, there was a firmware mis-match. Submitted a trouble ticket, included the troubleshooting already done and the situation that required the replacement print head, and the first communication back was a link to the firmware I needed so I could manually flash the printer.
Less than an hour later, I was back up and running

Worst printer I have ever bought

Worst printer I have ever bought. Has been problematic since I bought it. Constant problem replacing parts and then the service section has a good response rate but after waiting months for a replacement hot bed they send me the wrong one 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Great support

I ordered a printer begin of the year. I was really excited to get going, but unfortunately there was an issue with 1piece that made the printer unusable for longer prints. The support helped me to figure out the issue and fixed the printer so that I can now print without any issue. They send me replacement pieces that I needed and guided me to find the broken piece. The support was great and so far my prints are great as well.

My ACE Pro Filament Detector for slots…

My ACE Pro Filament Detector for slots 1/2 quit working. I emailed Anycubic customer service and they had a new shipped in a couple of days. It did take a couple of weeks to get to the U.S. from China. it arrived today and I installed it, All is well. Thanks Anycubic for the great customer service.

The technician who assisted me was very kind and helpful.
He helped me try to resolve the issue, and since it was not possible to fix it through maintenance and the product was still under warranty, he arranged to send me the replacement part so I could replace it.
