I already have two Anycubic printers, one is Mono X and the other is Kobra S1 Combo. I have been very happy with the SLA printer from the beginning, almost 99% print success and quality.
Kobra S1 had a bit of trouble with the faulty cable to the extruder, but to my satisfaction Anycubic solved it immediately by sending a new part. Support is generally very fast and perfect. I really appreciate this.

I have purchased four Kobra printers now to run in my high school manufacturing class. The fourth had a strange issue. Incredible level of technical support. Almost a year after the 3D printer was in operation, a temperature calibration error appeared. We discussed the whole situation in just 2 letters and sent me the necessary spare parts for repair! If I decide to buy a new 3D printer, it will only be Anycubic!

I've already have a second ACE Pro on my Kobra S1, the product speaks for itself, very solid, very easy to use - as any 3d printer problems happens, but they customer experience is really amazing, I've issues at the same time with another brand, and the customer service was waaaay more proactive, clear instructions and focused on the customer!

Each time I've had a question or needed help solving a problem, the staff at Anycubic are quick to respond and help me find a solution. This time, my 'Discharge Port Baffle' which is the metal blade inside the poop bin, went missing and I've been unsuccessful trying to find it. They were quick to arrange to send me a new one which is now on the way to my house. I couldn't be happier. You wouldn't think one little piece could cause so much havoc, but it really is that important.
