HP EliteOne 800 G4 23.8-in Touch AiO

This PC is really a general 'all rounder', Office productivity + General Photography work and much more. It has a very capable spec indeed. Fast i7 Processer, 16Gb RAM with a 1TB SSD, Win 10 Pro + all the trimmings i.e. Finger Print Read and other extras.

I originally purchase this from another large internet computer supplier, Ebuyer. They refused to replace the PC after I complained of a small Pixel Anomaly which occurred after just 10 days of ownership. After I contact HP, themselves, they provided a letter of Authorisation to replace the product immediately. I opted for a refund in the end, as I lost confidence somewhat in the Ebuyer.

I repurchased the PC from HP Directly, I just couldn't believe how quick the delivery was, 10/10 for that. The product advisor at HP Don Carlo, told me it was always preferable to purchase from HP DIRECTLY and how right he was! The item was perfect straight out-of-the-box, and Don's product advice was spot on.

As for HP's customer support regarding any software hiccups, well, all I'll say is, I have NEVER experience support like it, any problems, and HP 'follows up' the problem with the customer, by telephoning YOU in 24/48hrs later, to check with the that the issue is fully resolved! This IS how it should be, truly First Class!

Service could not be better

Having decided to buy a new computer for video editing I could not decide my best options, having filled in my requirement to the best of my ability I received an email from ross asking the use of the computer and offering a phone conversation to check all the specifications I have to say he could not have been more helpful and after checking through the specifications I placed the order, as this was a z4g4 workstation being custom built I was amazed at the speed which it was delivered, the help and support through the experience were excellent I cant thank ross enough and i would have no hesitation in purchasing another computer from them

I had a query on a choice between products and got a clear answer by e-mail withing 24 hrs. Less and less companies expose themselves to e-mail correspondence these days and its nice to see HP still provide the service.

Been having trouble for a while

Been having trouble for a while, had trouble getting in touch but when finally getting to talk to a human,service was 10/10, Hp to be easier to get in touch with, then the service will be as it should be.

Product was not delivered

Product was not delivered.
I always order a spare set of ink in advance so that it is always available when the old one runs out, so I did not realise that he had not arrived until 6 weeks after.
Status online shows as despatched, but not delivered.
When I raised a query, the response was that the product had been signed for and that they will not be investigating further due to the time delay.
Appalling response!

avoid at all costs

avoid at all costs. they conveniently lost all recording of our telephone conversations that we needed as evidnce for what we had ordered. the order was messed up an we paid over £10000 for PC we now cannot use and they are refusing to refund or change parts of the order. this has had a huge effect on the business! I would not recommend them

Ordered directly from HP, but delivery was ten days later. No indication of this when placing the order.

Chased after 11 days and was told that there were stock issues and it would be another 10 days before "expected" shipping.

Not able to use my printer now.

Like screaming in to a void

Bought a printer and photo paper online. I had it delivered to a pick-up location. I collected it but there was no paper.
I filed a claim and a replacement was sent out.In the meantime the paper,which had, for some reason been sent separately arrived.
I received an email asking if they could send a courier to collect, I agreed and worked from home that day, no one showed up. I got another email two days later asking for a collection, again I agreed and no one showed up. I have now had a third email, saying if I don't agree to a collection they will bill me for it.
There is no other email address on the email and no 'do not reply directly to this email'
If I get billed for shoddy customer service I will not be happy

I am still waiting for order to be delivered

I am still waiting for order to be delivered. Had problems with the courier as they are not telling me anything. I have now raised a complaint about this to the courier.

It’s been 3 days since I was due to have the order delivered yet it’s not been delivered and I don’t. Even know what’s going on.

Incompetent.

Made contact by as had problems with payment and no conformation email that an order had been made but payment had been recorded on my bank statement. Phoned HP to check if order had been placed, no record of order or even email address. Phoned back fraud department to get some clarity and they confirmed HP had taken money and they gave good advice as to further action. Went online again reordered and all went fine but more money had been taken, phoned again and they this time confirmed two orders had been placed and would sort the problem.Totally disgraceful experience for to contend with.

Why would you ever buy a HP?

They have no idea of their stock levels but eager to misrepresent. They cannot even figure out where a shipment is at any given time. So how could they ever provide any decent support after they have got your money in their bank accounts.
Surely, you must be desperate or just got out of solitary confinement or a just a absolutely m**** to buy a HP.

Awful experience, no replies to my emails. I can’t get HP on the phone either. I need a reply to my emails urgently.
Learnt my lesson, won’t be purchasing anything again.

We paid for anew computer, HP delivered a computer that would not work. Couldn't talk to any one. They collected it after 5 day. and then told us the following day they didn't have any more and were not prepared to send anything else in its place. . Offered us 3.5% off our next purchase. (£50) . Impossible to speak to them other than technical support and they had no idea

What a bunch of fools. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Its like buying a new car that does not get off the forecourt
before it breaks down, and then the dealer refusing to talk to you and then telling you after a week that bad luck, nothing else.

Crap service

Crap service, worst ever. They still have my money and can't pick up a printer that wasn't right for me. I've waited in multiple times without them picking up and no contact or caring that I've had to wait in all day. Quick to take my money, not so quick to give it back and I ordered a new one to replace it.

No customer service number to call, just links to FAQ's which is not helpful and my contact in HP sales won't communicate anymore either. I'll never buy HP again.

3 July 2019 - Poor Communication

3 July 2019 - website said order was being packed and scheduled for delivery on 4 July. Took a day off work on the delivery date only to be told part of the order was out off stock and no delivery of anything that day. I only found this out when I telephoned. Poor communication - wasted day off work - very annoying.

Unable to deliver

No choice of delivery options before placing an order. Once you order you are then told when to expect your parcel. HP ship solely with DPD who are completely incompetent and unable to deliver to their specified locations or time slots. I have had my delivery slot amended TWICE and DPD failed to deliver both times. DPD are yet to deliver a single parcel to me successfully and as such I will avoid them at every occasion. This means that I have now cancelled my order with HP and I will be gong to Dell instead.

The worst customer service ever.

The worst customer service, finance team, and management I ever seen in my life!!!
They took the money, sent a wrong item (cheaper), advised us to reject the delivery, sent the sealed item back, which all done, and it's 2 months now to resolve this issue!!!!
They haven't returned the money, nor a laptop.
