At Straight Teeth Direct we can help you with the alignment of your teeth through cosmetic teeth straightening, this means the teeth positions can be moved but the shapes cannot be changed and this was explained to you before starting treatment.
Since your final review your results have been compared with your final 3D models and you have achieved the alignment predicted in your plan and results agreement so the clinical team has made further recommendations for you to achieve your goals.
When improving a smile when there is more than one concern, it is very common to combine orthodontics (straightening) with cosmetic bonding (procedure to improve shape / chipped edges) to address the shape and symmetry variations of teeth.
We are disappointed with your feedback as we sent you extra aligners and would always send more when more movement is possible at no extra cost.
