Je déconseille vraiment. Le service client est vraiment très mauvais. Ils m'ont fait tourner en rond pendant plus d'un mois en me posant encore et encore les mêmes questions, sans résoudre mon problème. Au début j'avais confiance, mais après quelques échanges, j'ai vraiment eu l'impression qu'ils se moquaient de moi. Je déconseille vraiment. Pas la peine de faire une réponse à ce message en me disant de vous contacter via votre service client, car c'est déjà ce que j'ai fait et vous m'avez fait tourner en rond, sans résoudre mon problème. J'ai payé très très cher pour ce software, je voulais télécharger une vidéo très importante, et cela ne marchait pas. Le service client a été vraiment très mauvais. Ils ne faisaient que de me répondre à côté de la plaque, avec des échanges de messages aller-retours incessants. Aucun résultat au final. Franchement, je suis énormément déçu. Je conseille à tout le monde de ne pas leur donner un seul centime.
I really don't recommend it. The customer service is really bad. They kept me going around in circles for over a month, asking me the same questions over and over again, without solving my problem. At first, I trusted them, but after a few exchanges, I really felt like they were making fun of me. I really don't recommend it. There's no point in replying to this message telling me to contact you via your customer service, because that's what I've already done and you kept me going around in circles, without solving my problem. I paid a lot of money for this software, I wanted to download a very important video, and it didn't work. The customer service was really bad. They kept answering me off the mark, with incessant back-and-forth messages. No results in the end. Frankly, I'm extremely disappointed. I advise everyone not to give them a single cent.

It works fine for me I can download all the shows that I want and do not fear to miss it whe they will be eventually taken away from the platforms I use. I strongly recommend this program even if it is expensive it worth it.

I love the program
I love the program. If you can find it on the web you can download it. I have yet to find a video online that I could not download. For me the price is too high, however for many other users the price may be perfect for what the program does.

AT this time, I can't say enough good things abut this application. I have a rural internet and at times things are slow. The ability to use a product to that I can play content without interruption is fantastic.

Terrible software
Terrible software, it did its job with a struggle but i don't need to use it often but its so annoying, always popping up for updates and promotions and other random stuff. Also its not letting me uninstall it. Whenever I try to uninstall it it opens up a thing saying confirm uninstall, I click yes, but then it opens the app in the background and says you cant uninstall because the app is open. Then you have to close the app, restart the process and it does it again. I'm going to have to find a way to force uninstall this stupid app.
