Booking platform was good, prices were competitive. The only thing that didn’t work was the itinerary was not emailed to me even though the system said email is sent. You have to call them to get the itinerary.

It’s been great easy to find things and book flight.

Very detailed website. Give accurate information from baggage allowance to additional baggage cost for the particular flight. We got cheaper prices on studentuniverse as compared to other websites and immediate response to customer service on telephone as well

While booking the flight you guys did not state it clearly that it would need a transit visa. I tried to cancel it before 24 hours and I still had to pay charges. This is not in my control, I did not Know I would need a transit visa and now I have to give an extra 160 USD. It’s your fault

There was a problem with the transaction and they contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. They were very responsive to my inquiries and they explained the process thoroughly. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service.

I got confirmation of my booking yet no payment was charged to my card and I did not get any email with the details. I had to call them and stay on the line for about 30 minutes to be told that they are still reviewing my payment. Even after they had given me a confirmation. Then they asked me to send a authorization letter with my signature, details and a copy of my card and ID. I immediately refused and booked on another website without any issues.

Unfortunately I never received an email for flight or payment confirmation. That’s just not good.

Booked 2 different flights 24 hrs back and I still don't have any confirmation email from studentuniverse
I called customer care and he said flight is booked and I should receive confirmation email shortly.
It's been 24 hrs now still nothing. $3200 was charged on account but no confirmation if flight are booked.

I bought my ticket from this site for the first time regarding the ticket sellers ranking on Google. The buying steps were pretty straight forward however, I was disappointed when I didn't received a confirmation of purchase in my email address provided. I have access to invoice only in my account on the website.

I tried to cancel my flight whitin 24h of doing the reservation. The airline company was ok to reimburse but purchase was made via a 3rd party. Nowhere it states, while doing the reservation, that you cannot cancel. It even mentionned that there are $75 cancellation fees. Sent 4 hours on the phone. They agreed that It is not mentionned. Horrible horrible service. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I will spread the word.

Prices are good and service is excellent. I recommend studentuniverse.

The agent was super friendly, I didn't go through with the plan, but the help was 5 star level.
Why is it that i need the letter and all that?
Can I not just get a call from my bank and accept the transaction?

I can't get into my account! Even when using the correct email and password.

Worst experience ever, i recieved an email from these guys saying my booking is confirmed then they call and said the price has increased by 550$ wtff dude for real, worst experience ever i suggest never go with these type of loosers

My tickets got rejected 3 days after booking. Do not trust this fake company. Pay a little extra in return for peace of mind.
