I booked a one way flight on skyscanner website via student universe and for some travel restrictions and quarantine requirements i had to cancel it not long after i booked. I called the helpline and gave my details and it was done so quick and smoothly. Anyone looking to book flights can do tru studentuniverse. And fare i got was really cheap as well. From istanbul to Vancouver 485cad one way with 6.50hr layover in london uk.

Everything went well except $20 Boucher was tied to becoming member! Is it really necessary? I may have done that on my own!

There was a problem with my name on the credit card and I was already in a line up to get the boarding pass and then found in my messages that i did not have the ticket. The guys at the Student Universe went out of their way to make sure i got that ticket. I am so grateful and can't thank them enough!!!

Was on the phone with a rep for an hour just to get my booking confirmation. They wouldn’t accept my discount code, putting me on long holds, and was just not being very helpful with the questions that I had

Worst customer experience. I didn't even get any mail confirming my ticket.

I don’t know where to find my ticket. I paid and didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Found a new travel site, decent prices, if it all works out, I intend to use them again this fall to travel from Canada to Europe (music festivals) and back again.

So far so good:)) Booking was easy and my flight goes on Wednesday. Cross my fingers that everything goes smoothly. For certain it was the best price all around.

First time using the website and found it weird that a merchant would be asking us to send in IDs and card numbers for verification. This isn't the first time purchasing airline tickets but certainly the last time I'll be using your service.

I forgot my student ID card in Canada at the moment and I am out of the country.

I don't have a soft copy of it. I kindly request you to please accept the ID card that I have provided as It is my sister's student Id.

My sister tried booking a flight by creating an account from her name, but she was unable to, as your website wasn’t allowing to book that particular ticket.

Please advise what I should do in this case. As the prices are very high. Hope you understand my situation.

I found the flights offer provided by StudentUniverse Canada really competitive. I had to visit my family back in my country in a rush and the process to take a flight at a reasonable student-like price was really good. Keep up with this.

It was a horrible experience, after paying and ordering the trip, I got contacted from the travel agency and they demanded pictures of Credit card front and back, and pictures of valid ID’s from traveler and the person that paid with the credit-card.

There is no way need for pictures of my full ID, my credit-card front and back and the traveler.
This is exactly how creditcard freud comes alive. Shame on you! I canceled my tickets even it cost me more money. My creditcard was already charged and approved and then I was forced to send photo id and creditcard…the transaction was already done. I will now not get my money back till after a few pay-cycles did the company say…$1000.
I ended up paying $1500 for the ticket at Air Lingus. I lost $500! Avoid using them!!

I would give a negative if possible. Freaking looters!
