Although the transaction was gone…

Although the transaction was gone through I was asked to send private and confidential credit card information in an email which was so suspicious, when I avoid sending those info the ticket got canceled

Alan keep up the good work...

Alan apologized for my wait time. He was really helpful by listening and assisted me in cancelling the flight due to a positive Covid PCR test and requested a refund. Thank you for your help Alan :)

The BEST!!

I wanna thank all agents of this company. It was my daughter's birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a ticket. But I made a huge mistake in dates and I relised it just after I authorised the payment. I talked to 2 agents and both of them were so helpful! They found a great solution and canceled the flight in a few steps! I am so grateful! Thank you! My number one flight booking website!

I was given a time of 24 hours to…

I was given a time of 24 hours to submit the prof of my card payment. I was asleep and did not see the email. By the time I was awake the ticket was canceled. Extremely unprofessional. Never booking from here again.

Privacy Issue

Awful. I have made a booking afterwards I got an email at 22:56 saying that I need to send pictures of both sides of my card with my ID and signature by 23:00. It’s a huge privacy issue.

Fraud and will report to my bank

Fraud and will report to my bank, the email confirmation I got from them showed totslcost of $1066, but I was charged $1, then $1096 and $30, so in total I actually paid $1,127, versus what I was supposed to pay which is $1066! Thieves
