I ordered a few things from Stylevana a month ago and it still hasn't even shipped. My emails are not being answered.
Love the discounts but it's not worth using this site if the items never show up.
Refund Overdue
I have ordered here several times and I know it takes 2-3 weeks to deliver. However, my last order took a month, and requested cancellation as it's taking more than the expected delivery. They have responded that they have refunded the amount but it's not back in my bank even after 10 working days. I love Stylevana but when it comes to pending orders and refunds, please be aware as it's been long overdue. I'm unsure when I'll get my refund back as now I have been communicating with Paypal for the dispute resolution

I don't know how many times I have to leave a poor review here...just don't buy here, they use a pretty bad delivery company that put your parcel in an open area and now mine has now gone missing for more than 3 months. I have been negotiating with them and they said the refund claim has been rejected because of the proof of delivery provided by the courier. But what exactly is the use of the proof if the parcel was left at an unsafe place? Ridiculous!
I was hoping for a redelivery because there are products I wanted to try... but with all these 3 months of back-and-forth slowly-responded emails, I am too tired. I just want my money back.

Don't bother, your order won't arrive and they will not respond to contact.
I placed an order on 21st August - everything was marked as in stock and able to dispatch within 24 hours, and the website says once dispatched will be delivered within 8-10 days.
I contacted them on 16th September to cancel as it had NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED. I've since found out they ship from China which explains the long ship time. Three days later, they apologised and offered to add some freebies for me to keep the order, which I declined as I wanted the items for a specific event and they would not arrive in time now. A few hours later I got an email that it had been dispatched, but didn't hear from the customer service again.
I contacted again on 7/10, 17/10 and 25/10 asking for updates with zero response. When I click the tracking link, it says "we're expecting your parcel at Evri" and has said that for 5 weeks now. It's been 9 weeks since my order was placed.
Hilariously bad service. I'm posting here in the hopes they will finally give me my money back before I start a chargeback with my bank.
Edit to add: Have started a chargeback, still no response. I URGE EVERYONE WITH ISSUES TO REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO TRADING STANDARDS. I'm highly suspicious of this company being a scam and Trading Standards can investigate. If you look on their twitter, their replies are full of people with orders they haven't received. They've turned off comments on their facebook posts, presumably due to being full of the same. They don't respond to emails or messages and have stopped responsing to people here as well.
Not worth the stress!
Ordered twice before and they have taken a long time but I’ve received regular communication in the past so overlooked the wait.
However, I ordered on 22/09/2022 and my order still says processing. I haven’t had a single update. I have tried to check how much stock is left of certain items (this is sometimes this issue with this company) however that feature doesn’t work - helpful!
Customer service is absolutely terrible, I’ve never heard back from them for all 3 of my orders.

I have just received my order. It took 2 weeks - which is not bad coming from Hong Kong to UK. I emailed after one week because my order was marked as "processing" even though the site said items marked as "in stock" were usually shipped after 24 hours. I received a polite email back apologising for the delay and my order was shipped the next day. The package was trackable so I could see that it was on its way. I am content with my experience and wanted to leave a review because I was initially worried after seeing the negative reviews here.

Order arrived 17 days later. I knew they are Hong Kong based so didn’t expect a fast delivery but managed to procure a product that I couldn’t obtain elsewhere.

I honestly thought I was scammed as what I've read in the reviews here and the vagueness of the shipment tracking. I ordered last August 15. I was surprised to receive a small package from fedex today. Lo and behold, it was the items I ordered from the site. The items seem original, I mean, who would fake a sunblock from Japan that is around £6 (canmake-that is the original price in Japan) and Cosrx Snail cream (price is almost the same with the Cosrx official store in my homecountry in asia.-£12 ). 4 stars because its the cheapest I could find that ships here in the UK plus I got a free pore minimizing serum sachet. It would have been 5 if not for the 3-week wait.

This company is a scam, do not buy. I ordered in May and until now I have not received my products. I tried to reach them through customer service several times, and every time they wrote that they were sorry and that they were experiencing troubles with the courier and they would get back to me. Still no sign. It's almost September. No money back. No products.
