The shirt arrived very poorly packed and extremely wrinkled. It looked as though it had already been tried on by someone and then roughly put back into the packaging. The shirt was completely crumpled and certainly not in the condition I would expect when receiving a new shirt.
I had to arrange additional cleaning and professional ironing just to make the shirt presentable.
This is definitely not what I would expect from a company selling a shirt at this price. Very disappointing.

Excellent communication and very customer-friendly service. The fabric quality is great!
I will definitely order again.

Bought beautiful brown chinos (ca 1000 DKK). After less than a month of using it, the material started to wear out in the "sit area" and between the legs. I would say very poor quality. Good thing I managed to return it as a faulty product, but lost confidence in the brand.

Complaint is ignored. Communication regarding the return is only offered in Danish. This is very inconvenient and could be better.

Addendum 13 March: SUNWILL has now responded and exchanged the jacket. Therefore 5 stars.
