Do it!

If you’re thinking of using this company, do it! The most reliable protein company, the products have a really good taste and are so easy to add into your lifestyle- genuinely can’t fault the brand. I was accidentally sent the wrong order (i ordered a small diet whey when it was 40% off), instead i got a large whey concentrate- i got in touch and they let me keep the large whey, then they very kindly after the one message, sent out my original order with a free shaker and a bottle. They’re honestly brilliant, i wouldn’t buy protein of anywhere else! Trust me and get the Strawberries and cream whey (it’s insane).

Hi Beatrice, apologies for the confusion with this. We add a measured scoop to each of our products. If you grab a small spoon and have a dig around it will be in there. It's just likely to have moved from the top during transit. We're working to fix this so that you don't have to look for your scoop in future! Thank you again for choosing Supreme!

Amazing product

Amazing product, I have used alot of shakes over the years but these are the best by far. Flavour and texture is amazing.

Strawberry & cream

Ordered the diet whey in strawberry and cream and it is delicious! I use it in the morning and it gives me that boost I need.

I still have not received it although I paid for it to be delivered in four days, that is now well over a month ago, I wrote an email saying I still have not received my product and have no reply from that. Service is disguising, would not recommend this company to anyone

Poor Customer Service

Tried to get in touch three times using different ways of their ‘contact us’ on the website. No reply. Still waiting a month later for the product I chose.
No refund, no reply, no product.

Would not order from here again.

For my first order it was a bit of a wait as the customer service was a bit slower to reply to any message but since then I have placed 3 orders and they have been quicker to be dispatched and delivered. I cant speak highly enough of the diet whey I ordered though. The taste is so smooth and the flavour is really nice
