Absolutely non existent communication from Swanson regarding my order, tried both emailing & phone calls their headquarters in the EU, to complain that I didn’t receive my (€95) order. Requested a refund but got no response, so I had to go through my bank and request a chargeback! If I could give them a -star rating I would, so buyer beware, dreadful company to deal with!

ordered and paid for my parcel a month ago. And it was supposed to be delivered but never came. DHL already admitted their driver made a massive error and the responsabilty is Swanson. Yet Swanson keep stalling and stalling and stalling coming with excuses this and that, when I already had the evidence of foul play from two phonecalls. The information got to Swanson a week after the original order and I still have not received the item nor the refund. This is a clear breach of contract when all it could be done in a few phonecalls... And it won't come this week either. Its below all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY. If they had any other go-between as in for example PayPal, they'd not be functioning as PayPal would immediately have given the refund beca the seller is responsible until delivery is made at the right place åka, not cheated and stolen or whatever. I still don't have my order. If the police in burgaria was any trustworthy this would be reported.

I placed an order at the beginning of November 2020. Had a confirmation my order was despatched. Emailed several times since with no respond. Going on almost 5 months soon still no respond to my emails and still waiting for delivery I certainly will not be ordering ever again.

Your products took 8 weeks to be…
Your products took 8 weeks to be delivered and there was a lack of communication regarding the whereabouts of them. I sent numerous emails and just received automated emails giving me no reason for the delay other than the Covid Pandemic.
I eventually received my products after communication from Swanson Europe who took over.
It has put me off using your company. The products I ordered were for medicinal purposes and so I had to source them elsewhere when my order wasn’t delivered in the predicted timeframe.

Order delivered after 5 months
I have placed my order on 22 October 2020. The items are still not delivered. I have done several attempts to write Swanson UK but each and every time I got an automatic reply. I then approached Swanson US and Swanson EU. Swanson EU promised help, but weeks have been passed again and still no service.
UPDATE 22 March 2021: Just recently Swanson EU delivered, generously, I must say.

My worst online purchase yet!
This was the worst ever internet purchase. I understand that the circumstances are exceptional, but te company didn’t even answer my messages. It took the company so long to send my purchase (way beyond what they stipulated) that I even moved countries and it didn’t arrive, which means I will never actually get it. Won’t recommend this company, much on the contrary.

Disappointing last KoAct or
My orders in the past were fine, Unfortunately my last order was a disaster.
I ordered and paid for KoAct chelated Ca in July 2020 and I’m still waiting for it.
After repeated emails to them, I received a message on the 19th Nov 2020 stating: We have finished processing your order from 25th July. etc
It still hasn’t arrived!
After further emails it would appear that the KoAct was / is still stuck in a warehouse in the US. I appreciate that covid and Lockdown has caused all sorts of problems for suppliers.
I stopped ordering from the US firms like iHerb, after discovering the hard way, that our U.K. Customs add duty of 20% and our U.K. Royal Mail then adds further £8 as a duty collection fee. Making orders really expensive.
I’ve always been happy with Swanson U.K. and Europe in the past. When I ordered from them, I wrongly assumed that the product was already in stock, in the U.K. warehouse, and if it hadn’t been for this last difficulty, I would have given them 5 stars.
