Really poor customer service. Our router broke and the new one provides a very weak single. They refuse to send an engineer out and the call centre is useless. I would avoid this company there are lot... See more

Swish, good service but price increasing.
Swish have provided the service as promised. The price was competitive when I joined but now, as is the normal practice in this area, once they have you the price creep comes in. I’m sure if I leave and return, as a new customer, sadly, I will get a better deal!!

Was great at first but more recently…
Was great at first but more recently slow speeds (which is now fixed - for the moment).
The recent price hike means there are now cheaper packages on the market.
Standard router supplied struggles in my 1925s house with internal brick walls.

Poor service
I signed up to Swish Fibre last November. The process was easy and fairly efficient. The broadband works very well but I am still trying to get our home phone working. There was a long delay in getting the number ported over and even when that had happened, the phone still isn’t working. I have phoned quite a few times but always get the response “we will look into it” but nothing seems to happen. Meanwhile I am still paying our original provider so in effect, we are paying twice.
I would recommend Swish for broadband but if you need a land line as I do, I would choose a different provider company.
Ps it all got sorted a day or two after I submitted my original review -I think the problem may have been with company who were subcontracted to port the number so I am happy to give four stars now

Total outage across UK for past 24 hrs
Total outage across UK for past 24 hrs, no support contact after 5.30, major impact on work, and very little advice about resolution or options to assist issue...will be looking to change provider asap. Not worth it for the monies we pay to have hi-speed

Good customer service
Good customer service. Good deal and cheaper than my existing provider. Currently no internet connection in one room but aiming to get a superpod to hopefully help with this although reassured by installer that i wouldn't need it. Was offered 2 free months as an incentive to join but was charged within days of switching over, customer service were very helpful and offered 2 free months swish voice in addition to 2 free months Internet as a goodwill gesture which was appreciated.
Installers didn't seal the outside wall entry point for cable so I shall have to do this myself. Too early to tell if Internet is better but hopefully swish fulfill there promise of a faster service

Cable across the garden not buried properly basically almost on the surface.
I had to stop the installation of my Swish fibre because of the contractors who turned up to lay the protective sleeve for the fibre optic cable under my front garden. They “buried” it about 1cm deep in the flower border and under my tree, basically brushed soil over it - a bodge job.
I sent a number of emails and made numerous phone calls before Swish finally confirmed the cancellation of the installation.
On one call to Swish I found out the promises that the salesman made when he visited the house had not been written into my contract.
The customer service team are going to honour what the salesman promised, and The Team have been and sorted everything out, and we are now all set to get the installation finished, thanks to the customer service help. Looking forward to a faster broadband connection in the future.

Tariq was spot on
After a scary installation with my own swish fibre a few months ago, Tariq came to do my mums today and I wish he had done mine. He was friendly, polite and very professional. The cable run is neat and tidy. Just as it should be. Thanks Tariq.

Always such a pleasure to speak to the team at swish. They make everything so easy and quick, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Don't believe the reviews! They're a con!..
I only write reviews when things are really bad. And I gave this company two weeks to sort things out and on-going issues leads me to write this review.
They obtain positive reviews by asking you to write a review at the time you place an order. They do something small like accepting your signed form and then ask you to write a review saying how great their service is! This is almost fraudulent!
UPDATE: Beware this company is now re-branding it self as Cuckoo! So any potential new customers will have no idea of how bad Swish Fibre Ltd! All brushed under the carpet by renaming itself!
Onto the real thing. I signed up for their 400 service in Bucks area. Their installers and engineers were all nice but there seems to be no communication. Even emailing CEO seems to fall on deaf ears. I have had problems with thier service. Connection drops in the evenings and speed is about 60Mbs instead of 400Mbps. They keep sending engineers but whoever turns up has no idea what the previous one said, or what the problem is.
They keep wasting my time and nothing seem to get fixed.
Furthermore, they tried to blame my own router (Netgear Orbi) which I use. I am atechnical person so knew they were talking rubbish. Netgear orbi is award winning router and i had no issues with plan old copper wire BT service! So beware if they try to fob you off with "oh its your router or blah blah".
I cancelled my direct debit and giving up on this company. Spare yourself headache and just go with another bigger provider who will at least have resources to sort things out. They have made a hash of things.
Their internal communication is non existent and they keep sending different engineers each time but we have no forward progress!
When they know they have a problem, they will refer you to their fine print and try to claim that they only market high speeds but don't guarantee them!
They are also having lot of issues in local area like Gerrards X etc.
