After my Order took weeks to come, when it finally came it was the wrong one. I got a different cheaper hoodie than the one i payed for.
I immediately wrote several emails and called, none of them were answered.
I ordered a hoodie on march 10 2025. It is now march 25 2025 and I have not received anything. Despite living in the Netherlands, so you’d think that it’d ship fast.
I also never received an email stating that the order has been shipped, etc. I tried contacting the company and sent 2 emails. One on march 21 and another one on march 24. I didn’t receive an answer on either one.
I ordered my hoodie thinking I would get it within a week as it was close too new year so maybe it was going to take longer than normal.However it’s been 3 WEEKS and I have no idea were my product is and I have emailed their support team multiple times and have heard no response. Not ordering from here again.AWFUL BRAND!
Everything was great the tee has a phenomenal quality and shipping is really fast. I really recommend Taki Amsterdm
