Tay Associates have been a dream to work with and I could not praise them highly enough. The team, in particular Taylor and Jessie, are warm, enthusiastic, encouraging and incredibly hard working. Taylor took a lot of time to get to know me and what it was that I was looking for in my temp roles and ensured that he only put me forward for roles that were a suitable fit. It is immediately clear that Tay Associates genuinely cares about candidates and I felt incredibly well looked after. Taylor's regular communication, fast response times and attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience with Tay. I have been through other agencies before and they didn't take time to listen to what i wanted and really did not make finding a new job an enjoyable experience. Tay were the opposite. They briefed me fully on the company, on the people and took time to check i had done my research on the company. Jemma was pro active, attentive and very accommodating. She took time to listen to what i actually wanted and didn't bombard me with all the jobs. This made me feel like she cared about me and not just getting the money for making a placement. I highly recommend Tay Associates!

Tay Associates is the best temp agency in London, by far. Joyce Mayhew, my main contact for temp work in London for many years, was always able to find interesting and suitable short and long term roles for me, even through very quiet times in the market. I will always recommend people to Tay Associates.

I found the agency to be consistently good and I have secured some great assignments with Tay Associates. I have a good rapport with the consultants who actively listen and work hard to find me suitable opportunities on a temp/perm basis. Their professional approach from the start gives the candidate assurance that they have registered with a good agency. Time is taken to get to know the candidate to place them ultimately in the right role. I would definitely recommend this agency to my friends or colleagues looking for work.

They had suggested another perm role for me but never got back to me even though i had followed up until after my temp role had finished.

Good for temp work.

The only agency that I have used where I feel they care about you and want you to find a job. Constant communication throughout, before and after an interview, so friendly and welcoming I would recommend them to anyone looking for a position. They are so on the ball with interviews and feedback is provided constantly, also the office is very easy to find. Honestly don't have a bad word to say about them but for all the right reasons I hope I don't have to use them again soon as I love my new job!

In contrary of some agencies that never calls back after registration, Tay associate kept looking and contacted me regularly to offer roles and sending me for interviews.
