Good quality but incorrect order received and came from Germany
I ordered 60 t-shirts that were needed urgently so paid for express delivery. I was delighted that the order arrived a day earlier than expected but this soon turned to horror when I opened the box. Instead of receiving the 60 white t-shirts ordered, I had received a box full of various coloured t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies which should have been sent to Finland. I telephoned TeamShirts and they placed another urgent order and refunded my express delivery charge. When the correct order was received I was pleased with the quality. However, I think having a co.uk website is misleading as the products are actually made in Germany. Had I realised this I wouldn't have ordered them from this company.

You are right, we ship all over Europe. At the end of the check out area you can see an estimated delivery time which helps you to decide if it makes sense for you ordering with us.

The quality of the T-shirt is good and…
The quality of the T-shirt is good and it's slim-fitting, so for my it's just fine. I was afraid that it wouldn't be small enough.
As for the print, I'd have liked it a bit more upwards and perhaps slightly bigger. But all and all, I'm happy with the result, it looks good on, as good as if bought from a store but with the image (a painting) I chose for it.

Ordered some tshirts for a baby shower…
Ordered some tshirts for a baby shower on 27/08 for today (7/9) which I think is sufficient time. However it hadn't been delivered. When we called they didn't say much, gave an £8.50 refund and sent the t-shirts again, didn't offer to se d express despite my husband explaining it was a baby shower gift. Really unhappy with the service, means we have to wait another week, to then send the tshirts to the couple a week later!

I am very sorry you are not happy with our service.
If you have entered a wrong address we have to wait until the items arrive back at our headquarter. Then, we can send them out again to the correct address but only with the shipping type you have chosen initially.
We really hope the couple is still happy with the T-shirts!

I’ve just received my second order
I’ve just received my second order, although there was mistakes & things missing I cannot fault how quick and easy correcting this with customer service was.
Great communication and overall very happy with delivery time & quality!

Great customer service. Not the fastest delivery but this was clear in their policy. When package arrived damaged and item missing, it was replaced swiftly with no questions. The quality of the clothing was good and child sizing accurate. Bespoke printing requested was accurate and well done. Overall super happy.

Good quality, speedy service and good prices.
Good online design software, especially options for putting designs on back, front and sleeve. Also a wide range of options in size, colour, shirt type etc. Delivery time was good, and I live in a remote area. Quality is very good as well, no complaints and I will definitely be using them again for staff clothing.
