Absolutely AWFUL online shop I’ve ordered and paid for Apple Pencil specially for my daughters birthday one month ago I didn’t get any updates at all during all month,I was sending emails many times and absolutely no response..after one month received an email and I’ve been told today that I was already refunded but I WAS NOT so that’s not true and they don’t know why my order wasn’t received ,no even ‘sorry’ nothing from them so now I still don’t have my order and no money!!!Real scammers!!!So many stress for me…and no present for my daughter ,never ever no one should order here with this scammers!I will keep protecting my customer rights with the lawyer and hopefully I I’ll get my refund…

Money grabbers
Cancelled order within 48 hours, they failed to reply and still posted it out, 72 hours after the cancellation request. Order refused and posted back to them, 48 hours after receiving the parcel back I still don't have a refund.
Might be cheap, but won't ever use again.

Long wait but the best ending
I was gonna give it a four star and the reason for that was the long waiting time but then again it would've been unfair as I already knew about this. My first order was within a week while this one took a bit longer.

Frustratingly, the item was back in stock but the time the alternative option was delivered.

Faulty product ignored requests for rectification
Left out in the cold by this company.
Asked for action weeks ago there is just a silent vacuum as far as customer service goes. Looks like I just wasted £180 I need to take this up with Paypal and Credit Card company. Based in China returning items will also be difficult, given half a chance that is!

Terrible customer service. No response. Late delivery even though I paid for a rush job. Arrived after 10 days (paid for 4-6) and didn’t have a camera for an overseas trip I needed it for. Ruined my trip. Still zero correspondence from this cowboy website.
