I received Brand new iPad in original…
I received Brand new iPad in original box. Very happy with my purchase as the price is cheaper than market. The delivery took a bit longer but no issue for me.
Only downside is their customer service. The AI keeps directing you to 5 years old documents. There’s no direct phone to answer your questions either.
All in all I give 5 star to my purchase. I’ll buy from you again.

Excellent prices, slower delivery but worth It
I purchased an iPad Air M3 128GB and a pair of AirPods 4th Gen with ANC. All items arrived new and in perfect condition, just as you would expect from any major retailer, but at a very competitive price. Delivery took much longer than advertised, though I was expecting that, so I am not taking any stars off. Just be aware that you should allow roughly three times the stated delivery time, as it is the price you pay for a very good discount.

Smooth process. 10 days from order to delivery. Bit of a delay between order and first email confirming dispatch, then tracking took a bit longer, but no issues as same process as when I bought some ear buds before. S25 Phone is perfect, brand new and English menus. Updated to android 16 and Samsung One UI 8.0 with no problems and 5G reception is fine

Avoid - Scam
After 2 weeks and my order sitting at processing I emailed for an update. I got an automated responses telling me to keep waiting, at around 12 working days and after me telling them I would complain to my bank I got a tracking number. It never arrived and at around 20 working days I got an email from titb uk (a gmail account) telling me that my item was lost in the post. The next day I got an email from the official titb email address telling me the same in response to the email I sent 2 weeks previously. I still have no earphones from titb but I did get my money back from the bank. Please for your own sanity avoid this organisation.

I ordered a Samsung S25/256gb version and it was by far the cheapest out there, so that was great value!
The only issue I had was that, delivery was meant to be 6-8 working days however, I waited a whole week and had no information of them actually sending the package. I emailed the contact email after a week as I was worried that they weren't going to send anything. I got no response but on the following working day, I got the information for delivery which made me very relieved! The phone arrived after 10 working days and is absolutely fantastic!
So all in all good, just be prepared to wait! I will definitely buy from them again!
