Great Experience
We had a great experience when purchasing our newest timepiece. We were received cordially and swiftly handed over to Jo, who was very insightful and provided expert advice. We also had a great chat, which really made the experience even more personal. I’m very pleased with our new acquisition. We’ll be buying our next addition from Tensen. Fully unreliable
I approached the company about a watch they had in stock. They said they would apply a 10% discount. After I expressed interest they said the discount was actually not possible anymore. I still ordered the watch, after they assured me that they would send the watch to me by courier. After I paid for the order, they sent the watch by public post, which is exactly what I had asked them (and what they had agreed) not to do.
