Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Not Honoured – Full Refund Requested
Very disappointed with this company. I placed my order on Tuesday 6 October 2026 and paid for Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery, only to be told that delivery would take place on Friday 9 October A guarantee should mean something, and customers should be able to trust what they pay for. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously undermined my confidence in this company’s reliability and credibility. I have requested a full refund, including the delivery charge, as the service promised was not provided.

Good Morning Maikel ,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We've checked your order, which was placed at 7:53pm on 06/10/2026. As shown on our website, orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, or 2:30pm on Friday, are dispatched the same day. Because your order came in after the cut-off, it was dispatched the next working day, 07/10/2026, on a next working day service.
We can see you've asked to cancel your order. We've already asked DPD to return the parcel to us, and your full refund, including the delivery charge, will be processed as soon as it arrives back with us.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact me directly my email address is stevie@pass.co.uk and quote your order number.
Kind Regards
Stevie

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchased a multifunction tester
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchased a multifunction tester; haven't electrocuted myself or the cat yet.
Ordered a multifunction tester because I foolishly convinced myself I could rewire a junction box without calling a professional. Tester.co.uk dispatched it so quickly that I suspect the courier was already idling outside my driveway before I even hit checkout.
The kit arrived beautifully calibrated, packed like it held the Crown Jewels, and with enough technical documentation to make me feel entirely unqualified to open the box. The tester beeped authoritatively, confirmed my incompetence in under three seconds, and politely informed me that a live wire was, in fact, spicy.
10/10 service. Saved my fuses, my deposit, and quite possibly my eyebrows. Highly recommended.
