Absolutely shocking system for Auto Pay. Errors appear constantly, and it’s impossible to reset a password without a Customer ID. I had to call for help, but the call centre was closed for maintenance. No emails were ever sent with my Customer ID either. TfL should be ashamed of forcing people through this level of frustration and wasted time just to pay for a Blackwall Tunnel crossing

Autopay system is junk
I have had to setup autopay as they are now scamming people with the new blackwall tunnel charge. So i try to log in with my details saved by google.
The password has no reveal button so you will never know if you got it correct
Unlike any other website where you can use your email address as ID here you must use a code they picked a code they will mention in the setup email but never again on any other email.
When you cant log in you must then use their password rest but no simple email reset link you must provide security question answer which then dont work. Funny as my security answers haven't changed in the last 20 years then you arebanned from logging in for 30 minutes but that 30 minutes doesnt seem to ever end.
at the bottom it says call this number for help so you do after multiple button presses you are told the office is shut cheers.
My bank needs less security than this its a autopay it doesnt need to be this stupidly complex
Why make a fuss about dodge fare when the biggest thief is TFL itself.
I have 60plus oyster cards which needs to be renewed every year. In April, I contacted TFl (phone number 03432221234). I did explain I had not received the letter from TFL to renew it my card. The girl on the phone did explained to me that my account was somehow frozen(TFL got hacked or something similar). The girl told me to go on using the card and when the issue was resolved they would contact me.
I have been away for three weeks working abroad. I got back yesterday, when I tred to use my Oyster card, I found out it had been stopped.
this morning, I did ring the same number which now only has a recorded message saying that since I had not paid my annual fee, the 60plus card has been stopped.
There you have it, the TFL scumbags decided they did not want to pay money to fix the issue. It is cheaper for TFL to cancel all the cards and get the customers to pay for their incompetence by forcing every one involved to set up a new card.

I forgot to pay the daily fee of £12.50 for travelling in a ulez zone, i had a busy day i am 64 years old and my memory is not as good as it once was, it simply slipped my mind. Bought a digital ticket, was told to tap it on the gate, TFL took £8 from my Revolut account.
Guard told me to get a refund via phone.
Phone person told me to download app.
System won't let me register. Process has been stressful, and I believe purposely designed to be.
Very greedy to install processes that allow this theft.

On Saturday, June 8, my wife had an accident near Blackfriars Bridge while we were using @SantanderCycles. While I helped her, our bikes were stolen.
We reported it immediately (Ref: 21751482) — no follow-up was received.
Despite this, £40 was charged on June 9 and £50 on June 10 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures.
Still no response or support. This is unacceptable.

I call tfl for congestion fee for my car,i was surprised that they taken £327.50 from my account .....so what should i do is i call the tfl,then tell them what happen and i want a refund,but they dont believe me that they take that kind of amount,so i tell them that i can give them the receipt number but they dont my receipt number because they said they cant take that kind of amount......they always transfer me to other line coz they im i a wrong number ...so i call my bank to cancel my transaction but its already taken in my account and its says that i need to call tfl to inform that transaction.....and you know what they say,they that my bank tell me wrong advise ....i really pissed it this company coz of the huge amount they take from me....
Not accessible like other major cities
If you have a stroller or wheelchair, it's difficult to move around London. Buses are small and only fit 2 strollers/wheelchairs. The underground is mostly inaccessible with most stations lacking elevator access. It's also more expensive than other countries with much better service like Europe and Asia.

I'll be honest: you mislabelled a train going to abbey wood and it added 20mins on my journey so it's a trash service.

It goes round in circles and with no way of contacting a person. Some of the links do not work properly. Called the main number and waited over an hour then gave up.
