Extremely happy with the purchase
Extremely happy with the quality of the jacket, extremely warm, super soft on the skin and most importantly looks incredible. Loved the packaging, made it much more exciting to open it up.
Definitely recommend, within two weeks after buying my first jacket I ordered a second.

Fast delivery, came sooner than advised.
The coat is amazing. Better than expected. Take the advice of the website for sizing. The cold weather is making no impact on me at all. I can finally stand in the park with my four year old and not freeze to death. As well as look really cool!

Hi I recently bought a coat from this…
Hi I recently bought a coat from this brand. The first coat came to me with stains on I requested a replacement and they did this promptly. We discovered that the stain was from the box rubbing onto the fabric and not from anywhere else. This issue has now been resolved and I am happy with my purchase. Thank you arctic army I love my new coat.

I never recieved my parcel as I was…
I never recieved my parcel as I was told my parcel was left in my close when I wasnt home by the time I got home there was nothing there and no neighbours had taken in. It has now been 10 working days and still no further forward no communication from artic army or the delivery service so I am £595 out of pocket the week before christmas I was first told it would take 5 working days. Then yesterday got told no 5 working days to raise the investigation now have to wait another 8 working days!! Never ever order from this site again

I am sorry that the item hasn't been delivered. As per our company policy, we need to open an investigation with the courier.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused, however, we cannot offer a replacement or refund until the case is investigated fully, we need to make sure that the item hasn’t been delivered.
Our tracking details show the item was delivered, therefore, until proved otherwise, we are unable to take any further action. I have emailed the investigations team, however, during COVID, everything is taking longer than usual.
I will be sure to keep you updated.
I sincerely apologise and completely understand your frustration. Until we have more information, we won’t be able to replace or refund.
