Hi Mathew,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the samples delivery time. Your sample order was placed on 2nd July, and we dispatched the samples on 3rd July, the very next day. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay with the courier, and your samples were delivered on 16th July.
We completely understand your frustration, however, the samples were dispatched promptly from our side and the delay occurred during the courier’s delivery process. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
