Total Scam, product is defective, bloomcar refuses return
Advertisement, said the LED door sill lights can be placed in your car and the magnets will do the rest. Not true! Bloomcar said parts have to removed from my car to make the product fit! The product is also defective. The colors and patterns of lights cannot be controlled and turn off and on by themselves at all time.
Bloomcar gave me several run arounds and refused to return the product with all different excuses. After weeks of emails, Bloomcar said they don't have a return address?! How is that my fault?
Bloom car install instructions says to remove the plastic wrap for installation. Then later, they claim that removing the plastic wrap voids the return. Therefore, no one can ever return this cheap crap that doesn't work. Total Scam.

I bought the running board lights for my Land Rover. They don't fit. Tried to get ahold of them to see about getting them replaced. No response. I tried texting them. Right when I get to the end, it covers what I've written with an add to sell me more junk and won't let me send it. The company is a scam company. Don't buy anything from them.
Subaru Owners Beware
I had ordered the Bright Sills for my Subaru Outback. While they arrived within a reasonable time, there is no way to install them around or over the existing factory installed sill/interior lower door molding without removing the original assembly and cutting off the existing sill. I checked several other models of Subaru only to find the Bloomcar sills WOULD NOT work on any of them as well. Upon contacting Bloomcar, I was first sent a YouTube video of the installation process...which would not work on a Subaru. After reaching out to Bloomcar again, I was offered a "credit" to purchase their other products. That is when I began my research on this and other sites to learn that Bloomcar has issues with quality, price, shipping and customer service. This company will sell you these sills without any apparent knowledge of if it they can be installed on your make and model vehicle. Return credit is simply not a reasonable option when I have offered to return the sills for full credit to my credit card. Based on what I learned here, I wouldn't do business with Bloomcar again.
Ava in Customer Service
Ava in Customer Service is the only reason I decided to keep the product and try it out on our truck. When I first received my lights, one of them was cracked and busted. I emailed the company and got a quick response back from Ava. She immediately assisted me by contacting the correct department and sticking with me to make sure I received it. I didn’t have to deal with several different people just the one person and she was great thank you again Ava.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, there isn't any customer service. Secondly, the parts dont fit my vehicle. And lastly, I specifically asked for Chrysler and they sent me KIA.
I cant find anyway to return or exchange them as neither the email comes back 404 error and the phone number is dead.

I purchased from Bloomcar door sills and the interior light package. WELL, it's not an install for someone who's not an electrician. I took it to a local car detail place they wanted to charge me OVER $500 to install. I contacted Bloomcar for a return Authorization # and the address to return it for a refund, What a freaking nightmare. After two weeks of back and forth they finally sent me an address to send it to. Somewhere in China. But they're located in Australia. They told me to take a pic of the post office receipt so they could give me a refund. I didn't because to ship to China was close to $100. I know what they were doing. They gave me that China address knowing I wouldn't pay but in case I did pay, they would have refunded me but they know that no one is going to pay almost $100 to send back their product. This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm 71. Needless to say, Stay away from these rip-offs.
Notice that in all bloomcar videos the comments are turned off. That should tell you everything.
BUYER BE VERY AWARE
I ordered door seals from these guys and they don’t fit my car. The magnets are cheap and weak and do not stick and it’s too long for the measurement of my car. I contacted them and asked if I could return them. They made me take pictures to prove that the plastic seal was not taken off, and that the box that they came in was not damaged since then they have not given me any direction or mailing address of where I can mail it to to return them. They’ve cut off all communication and refuse to return them. This is another non-American company that gives poor quality and bad customer Service. BUYER BE VERY AWARE.
Support is a LIE
They claim to have 24/7 support, and that someone will reach out to you within 24 hours. The truth is, they are non existent. So if you get these and for some reason have an issue, you'll be out of luck. Don't advertise a service that you can't deliver.

If I could leave a negative score U would. I have been waiting for my order for almost a month. Received a tracking number that only works on they're tracker. UPS doesn't recognize the tracking number.
Hell even according to their tracker the item isn't moving! Just don't purchase from them like I did.

I purchased sills for my truck and mistakenly ordered a set for a car that I dont have. I've reached out twice to return them for an exchange or refund. They've replied with the same email, sell them or give them to someone that has that car. I informed them that I did not know anyone and they still have not sent me the return address. Please make sure you double check your order and make sure you dont order extra. They are not trying to give me information to return what I dont need.
Amazing customer service
Ava made my customer service in excellent experience. My order was missing one small item and she got right on it and shipped me one out, no questions asked. It’s been a long time since I’ve received customer service from a company like Bloomcar. I’ve already ordered two different items from them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to give their automobile a very unique appearance.
Steer clear of Bloomcar
Took money right away. Product showed up almost a month later. Not only is it cheap junk. It also doesn't work with my car's sills, despite the fact you give them the make and model. They refuse to refund, and instead offer tiny little sill light replacements. Want my money back. They refuse. Now it's in the hands of PayPal. Seems they WILL NOT REFUND, unless you file a dispute. Wonder how long till PayPal drops them, as PP only allows so many disputes. They seem to bank on time passing dispute deadlines. Steer waaay clear of this company. Cheap products, and horrid service.
Oh, and once you buy from them, the spam begins. Several emails daily, asking you to buy more of their overpriced junk.

Been waiting just for an update on my order for over a week. Trying to reach out to customer service tried calling the number, texting the number, and leaving an email. Zero response.
When I purchased I used PayPal
When I purchased I used PayPal. When I tried to go back to the order page to take a screenshot I lost the order because it took me back to the internet. I saw the charge and contacted them thru email and they responded quickly. They said they couldn't find the order and asked me to show proof. All I had was a screenshot of the PayPal payment so I sent that proof with their business name on it. The next day I sent some other messages to them and checked my account again and the charges were gone. Then Googled the Business Name and saw all these negative reviews. It pays to send and read reviews. I won't be ordering anything because of the reviews and being scammed before by other websites.
