Epilepsy Awareness Training
Charlotte was warm, friendly and informative. Her delivery was well timed and relaxed. The interactive quiz element was enjoyable and the opportunity to answer questions.
I do however feel like it was a lot of information to cover in just one sitting and although there were plenty of designated breaks, perhaps the training would better suited to 2 half day session. This would give the learner the opportunity to absorb the wealth of material covered and come back the 2nd day fresh and ready to cover the remaining information.

Epilepsy awareness & buccal midazolam
I normally dread online training due to fatigue but Charlotte is bubbly, clear and enthusiastic. She keeps you engaged through a good use of questions, quizzes, videos and case discussions. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer.

PEG training
charlotte m delivered the training this evening. very easy to understand and she managed to keep us all engaged even though we did the training in our own homes. charlotte kept us all interacting and still effectively taught us what we need to learn. I feel I have all the information I need. thankyou!
