OMG These meals are sooo tasty!

I've been working a lot lately so having my meals prepared and delivered for me has been a godsend, saved me a lot of time and I don't have to worry that I'm getting all that goodness in.

Love how they send 2 deliveries so the meals are always fresh! Thanks balance :)

Superb product and service. Love the food and the choice is vast. They seem to vary the menu from time to time too, which is great for a long time customer like me. They also welcome feedback and are quick to implement tweaks if there's something they can do better (which is very little). Seriously great company, love them! Well done

This was my first time trying balance and I am beyond impressed!! I suffer from a digestive stomach disorder which I struggle to find foods that will not cause me flare ups. The food I have tried has not only been beyond what imagined it has made me feel so much better within my body with good fuel for it & no flare ups! I work long hours which concludes in me having no time to prepare good food my body needs. It also is essential I am tracking my protiens and nutrients at the moment which Balance helped me with on the front of each of my meals! HIGHLY recommend the following, Vegan Mac no cheese, Waffles, Chai Pot, Tofu Katsu & my favourite snack yet was the spiced chickpeas! Thank you so much & I have already been recommending to all my family & friends.

I ordered the trim and slim plan, the food is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend the peanut butter curry and the overnight oats. Excellent way to enjoy good food and still lose weight without the hassle. I'm going in to my third week.

The packaging is good and recyclable.

I was really reluctant to try another meal prep company after being very disappointed in the past. But I did my research and found a few articles that recommended Balance Meals. Given my busy lifestyle, the fact I’m a terrible cook and that I’d like to lose some weight, I decided to give it a go one more time and ordered 3 weeks worth of meals.

I have one word to summarise my view...WOW!

The taste and quality of the meals are amazing. Not dry and flavourless like other meal prep plans I’ve tried. Every single meal I’ve had has tasted amazing and fresh. I think their chefs must be some sort of magicians!

They also split delivery so you receive one parcel on Sunday and one on Wednesday ensuring that every meal is as fresh as possible. Delivery has been prompt and well communicated. The quality of the packaging is also great.

I’ve really enjoyed not having to think about what to cook and loved that I’ve been surprised by the quality every single meal time.

If you want meal prep that is quality, fresh, full of flavour and filling then I could not recommend this company highly enough.

And on the plus side the weight has already started to come off. I bought the trim and slim plan...I don’t feel like I’m on a diet at all! If quite happily eat these meals every day!!

Really delicious food with plenty of options, all well balanced and leave you feeling full. Don't have anything bad to say! Particularly obsessed with the banana pancakes which are a must try.

Great food, very convenient

I found the meals too heavy on the carb side for Trim & Slim.. too much rice or pasta. And also a lot of fat content. Meals tasted good.

Everything is great but I wish the containers could go in the oven and also it was easier to change what I ordered for different weeks. Typing out my order is tedious.

The food is so yummy and the service is great. Only done one week so far and already lost weight!!

I received a message from DPD saying that they would deliver my order yesterday and that I would be advised of the delivery time by text. No text, no food arrived and no response to my message to the company. There is no longer a telephone number on the website.

great selection and taste to food, delivered on time and all the dishes taste great. Would be even better if you had more flexibility to customise meals and portions based on goals.

I ordered a few times from them and the food was good. Nothing extraordinary, but it helped me stay healthy during isolation times.
Recently I ended up being completely disappointed: my food didn't arrive and the tracking info says it has been in a dpd depot for 2 days, so it will probably be disposed or get to me all turned bad. In the meantime I tried to contact balance 3 times. Once they wrote me back they handled the situation very professionally, offering to make up for the inconvenience. I chose to support a growing company and give them another shot, as I think they deserve it based on their behaviour so far.
Overall this is a good combo of staying healthy & not cooking yourself.
