This is the WORSE company I’ve ever bought from. I’ve had to send my item back twice and now they have gone and lost my item somehow but won’t refund me my money . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After their terrible service as well as poor courier, i am still waiting for the refund. contacted the customer service, he couldn't find my item and asked whether i have returned the item???? OMG, i even didn't receive the item!!!
I told them, their courier service really bad, now they are experiencing the same problem as what happended to me. Now lost tracking my order !!!!

Very bad experience
What can I say? I made an order on this site, I sent them many mails after few days because I didn't received anything - after explanation like "we will ask the courier and we will come back to you with an answer" during one month, I decided to cancel the order because I didn't received any clear information - after my last email with cancel request, I received the final answer: the package was lost.... Really?? No more comments..!
