Constant issues with my orders
Constant issues with my orders, items missing or items broken in transit, or expired quality used to be good few years ago however i feel the quality and service has just gone down hill, also took over 4 days for a reply to get my issue resolved, was unable to complain via Twitter looks like the page was not used for over 2 months, and then tried to log a ticket via the orders page however it wouldnt create a ticket eventually i found a email addresss ( very hard to come by) and then a complaint email was received 4 days later , why have a shop open on a weekend if you cant speak to customer also on a weekend who have issues ?

I needed extra protein so I got this and it does the job!
i'm a 49 year old woman who does strength training 5-6 times a week and I use THE PROTEIN WORKS' Whey Protein 80 to supplement my diet, so that I'm getting enough protein for what I do. I don't like the [after]taste of sweeteners, so I use the unflavoured version and it's perfect for my needs. The quality is obvious, it mixes well, and even though "unflavoured" doesn't mean "tasteless", it's something I got used to very quickly and it's not unpleasant. it's just Whey-ey. I mix mine with water (in a standard type protein shaker with a spring ball), but you can use other liquids just fine. I now get the upper end of my daily protein requirements without having to eat several chickens a day. I recommend it.
