I,ve known stash shack for not very long and I like what I seen with their products , I was skeptical a little from finding out about them on Twitter. But I received my orders in a very fast time manner , which I was very surprised, but I’ve had no problems from them so I give them a ten!

Reached out today to find out where my package was after chasing it for two weeks they don’t answer emails phone calls or texts. Was told my dr greenthumb stundenglass was going to be sent yesterday and that I would get follow ups throughout the day. It’s been 36 hours not one update. Mind you I have been texting emailing and in contact with them since last week. First was told because of the weather there were delays then was finally told it was their fault and it was falsely confirmed? How do you falsely confirm a six hundred dollar order? How come you can take money from my account but falsely confirm and not refund it right away? How come I as a consumer am chasing you down for a product that is suppose to be a luxury item? Shouldn’t I be on the top of the list when it comes to making sure it was packed and sent? I don’t understand how hard it is to send me something that I’ve ordered? I don’t understand how you can take my money and not send me any product? How is this even possible? Would be more than happy to share emails and texts. Owner called from Puerto Rico appreciated the gesture but was told they would give me an inferior product got full refund. Wont repeat.
