Pretty sure i’ve been scammed I ordered an sd card three months ago and still haven’t gotten it. I emailed and called and got no response.

Fantastic service.If I had a question they always helped and the next day delivery was spot on. If you ever need time lapse camera equipment don't go anywhere else.

Super fast delivery, when i asked regarding something that was missing from a previous order it was sent out with the latest order. The cameras are brilliant quality. Superb service and support all round.

The website had an offer code for the camera, however; it did not work and was spelt differently in different parts of the site. This was corrected the next day. When I bought the camera the usual expected delivery date was given. I complained several days after the last expected date only to find that the camera had not been dispatched.

When it did arrive I found the camera was a poorly designed, unreliable, expensive piece of junk.

It is a rare occasion that I make recommendations, but I am more than happy to leave this positive review for Time Lapse Store, and especially Michaela, who has been exceptionally helpful from the very beginning.

The level of service, communication, and support throughout has been outstanding, and it has been a genuine pleasure dealing with the company.

I would highly recommend them to anyone considering their products or services.

Excellent, no complaints, no issues, just good service and price

I needed an Afidus 800 camera for a job. I contacted the company as they had very helpfully left a direct telephone number at the checkout stage so I could change my shipping from the normal 3-5 days to a following day service. The lady on the phone was so helpful and sorted the expedited delivery. I received the camera the following day. Thanks for great service.

Very quick next day delivery.
First camera was faulty when opened on a Saturday.
Emailed Michaela at Timelapse Store straight away, to which she responded immediately.
She then sent out a replacement on Monday which I received on Tuesday.
Very happy with camera and the great service.

I ordered my disc for the camera on 4th February and to date 18th February I have still not received it. I have had no answers to my e-mails. Poor service. i will not use Timelapse again. Competitors responded straight away

Great help from staff on the phone about which camera was best. Quick delivery. Great after sale support too. Direct phone number to speak to a person who understood the products well.

Amazing customer service, I needed this kit for a job and when the courier let us down they sent out a replacement immediately, we then sorted out the second kit later, but I was able to do the work, great company!
