Great staff and very efficient

Misdiagnosed an intermittent fault with our car. The guy I spoke to said the fault was because we needed a new clutch and slave cylinder yet nearly £800 later fault still remains! I have never felt so let down as a customer. Also, had an MOT booked with them at the same time they were looking at the fault we had already paid them to fix, they quoted over £1000 and when I called a local garage (Nigel Farrow) he quoted £695 and was so helpful! Unfortunately my husband had told them to go ahead and do the MOT repairs as he was just exasperated by this point. When my husband picked the car up they did actually charge £300 less than quoted but the fact remains that we paid for work to be done as advised by them to fix the fault at nearly £800 and the fault remains. Not once have they apologised or offered a refund! We feel so let down and will NEVER trust this garage again! UPDATE! The conversation was the owners on loud speaker essentially telling my husband that they were right and we were wrong, despite the fault still remaining! I can never trust this garage again.

Needed the car serviced and Mot'd also two new tyres. The service was good, the young lady on the reception desk explained what would happen and what did happen. I thought the charges were a little high but I can't fault the service and the attention to detail. It's also on the bus route so that was a bonus. If asked would I go there again, I think the answer would be Yes.

Fantastic service as always from Stuart and the team. The family have used them for many years now and never had an issue. Reliable and trustworthy at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Great service and price. Colin was very informative and gave me advice before he worked on the car on what might be wrong and what my options might be based on his findings.

Second time I've been to Thorpe garage for repairs. It's a bit out the way for me, but I will always make the journey because I trust Colin's workmanship and service. Once again, couldn't be happier with the service to diagnose and replace my broken suspension springs. Highly recommended!

Brilliant customer service! Did a thorough check over whole car and carried out the work. Car drives like brand new! Highly recommend!

Very highly recommended, had an issue with my Range Rover door lock, and I took it in and within the day it was fixed and like new! Very friendly staff, and also reasonable price!

I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Thorpe End Garage. We are a local driving school, and have been using Thorpe End for some time now. The service is fast, friendly and professional. They are also extremely competitively priced, very good value for money. I would find it very difficult to trust my car to anyone else

I have been taking my car to Thorpe end garage for a number of years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is always friendly and will do their best to help. They are also reasonably priced.

We use Thorpe End Garage for 20 years now! They all go a lot further than any other garage would go! We always have received excellent service and can wholeheartedly recommend them!

I took my newly purchased vehicle for mot and service; was fast and efficient. Also had some repairs done alongside the mot and they were competitively priced! Impressed to say the least, not to mention they’re all so friendly! Would definitely recommend!!!

I phoned to get some advice and possibly book our car in for repair work. After reading some positive reviews. On calling this garage I was advised that the garage owner was currently on holiday and they don’t book work on at this time??
When I asked why the guy just said they have enough work to complete/booked already.
Rather disappointed as I’d heard good things about this business. Ended up phoning another repair garage on Salhouse road booked in that day and car fixed the day after.

Called this week to arrange a mot and service. Spoke to a lady. I believe I didn't really Get a decisive answer when asking for prices.
After actually getting what I’d called for (price for full service) was told a price for a full service that came out £168 more then main dealer quoted....
For obvious reason I opted for main dealer service and cheaper!!

The RAC dropped my car there I was then told an wildly overpriced quote for a battery and an alternator when I picked the car up I had to pay £66 for the pleasure of having it on their forecourt hey ho when the car was fixed it was a fuse. Such a rip off

If you're looking for a friendly, fairly priced, trustworthy garage look no further!! I have not experienced another garage that gets even close to the levels of service these guys provide.

I always take my car here if I ever have any problems. Friendly staff and a great professional service!
