Cancelling automatic subscription has to be done 3 moinths prior to expiry but renewal notification is received only 2 months prior.

The annual subscription is renewed automatically. If you want to cancel it you have to do so 3 months before the renewal date, but you are sent a renewal reminder only 2 months before the renewal date, so you have to pay for a whole year extra, and I was told that I could no longer book tickets during that extra year despite being forced to pay the subscription.

The reason I wanted to cancel my subscription is that several events booked through Ticket Corner have been cancelled or the date was changed, and they do not refund tickets if the date is changed.

I bought tickets for the Ice event in…

I bought tickets for the Ice event in St. Moritz and later realized that I had made a mistake with the date. I needed to change it from Saturday to Friday. I contacted customer service through their online platform and filled out all the required information, but I never received a confirmation.

The next day, I still hadn’t heard back from Ticketcorner, so I tried to reach them through another communication channel to explain my issue. Unfortunately, after this experience, I checked their Trustpilot rating and saw many similar complaints. It became clear that this is not a company I would trust.

I hope this review helps future clients gain some insight into a company they may want to think twice about interacting with.

Misleading insurance

I just bought skibillets to go ski with my girlfrind but because it didn't snow I can't go ski. I thougt wait I bought a insuarce. Fun fact not being able to ski is not a valid reason to ask for a refund. I can't go ski but i can't give my billet back. Why do they sell a All Risk insurance.

Scam Warning - 'live club'

When you purchase a ticket (under time pressure) there is a box automatically ticked - 'membership of live club' - which takes an additional cost. Be aware, this so-called club appears to have little tangible benefit, the charge is renewed automatically every year and can change, cannot be cancelled without contacting ticket corner with 3 months notice before the renewal, and there is no clear means of contacting ticketcorner to make the cancellation. It is essentially a scam. Be Warned !

Event postponed 8 months, no refund

Earlier this week I bought 2 tickets to ISMO in Lausanne for the 12th of October. A day later I got an email informing me that the event was postponed until June 2026. I was supposed to go with a friend of mine who came down pfrom Helsinki. No refund possible as I didn’t buy an insurance. Ticket corner never again.

Buy from Uefa, not Ticketcorner

We bought two tickets for five different matches via Ticketcorner, but need to sell three tickets due to important new conflicting events since we bought them in December.

We couldn't understand why we couldn't offer them for resale, so we communicated with a representative of England's Football Association. They confirmed that tickets bought from Uefa could be resold.

We wrote to Ticketcorner who recently confirmed that they won't let us resell them. Apparently, they should have been sold May/June time! We weren't aware of that and the tickets have only just come through!

I won't use them again for any ticket purchases. It's unfair that Uefa tickets can still be resold, which is our experience at other football tournaments, but not Ticketcorner tickets.

I will try to resell the tickets privately, but if I can't there will be emptying seats that fans would want to buy.

Terrible experience with payment management – same issue I had with Ticketmaster

I’ve been waiting for a bank transfer from Ticketcorner since May that never arrived. My bank (Revolut) has confirmed they haven’t received the payment at all and explained that in these cases, a document to testify the transfer (I've just received an awful screenshot from Ticketcorner).

I’ve asked Ticketcorner several times to confirm whether the transfer was actually sent and to provide the necessary details for tracking, but so far, I’ve received no concrete help.

It’s extremely frustrating that such issues still happen, especially because I had the exact same problem: Last year, I had to argue from May 2024 until February 2025 to resolve a payment they thought they had sent, but which had actually bounced back to them.

This is unacceptable for a company managing people’s money and transactions. I expect far better service and clearer communication.

Event cancelled, late notification & refund

I bought a very expensive ticket for an event that was cancelled. I received no notifications about the cancellation, I noticed it by asking questions to organisators 2 weeks before the event was supposed to be. I paid 300 euros hotel to travel for this event after the event was cancelled because they didn't notify it to me !
I received today the notification (9 days before the event) and should be refunded soon.

Discriminatory and Frustrating Ticket Sale Experience!

This entire ticket sale process has been deeply frustrating and feels discriminatory — I am seriously considering taking legal action.
I’m a German-Czech citizen currently living in the United States. I followed every instruction to register correctly on the official website by the deadline (December 16), using my U.S. residential address and info. On December 18, I received a confirmation email stating that I had successfully pre-registered. But after that — nothing, including no access code.
When the first wave of tickets went on sale and I still hadn’t received a code, I contacted customer support. I explained that I was a real individual simply trying to buy two tickets for personal use. Their response? “All codes have already been sent, and we cannot issue any more.” No explanation as to why my pre-registration wasn’t accepted. No help. No accountability. I then missed the second wave of ticket sales as well.
Here’s where it gets even more suspicious: after I posted my experience on Social Media, multiple friends of mine in the U.S. replied saying they experienced the exact same thing. All had followed the process, all lived in the U.S., and none received access codes. This suggests a disturbing pattern — one that feels discriminatory toward U.S.-based fans.
This is unacceptable and reeks of bias — possibly racism or nationality-based discrimination. I am actively exploring legal options to hold the organizers accountable for this exclusionary and unjust system.

Unstable and weak server

The server was not capable to handle the demanding of all Eurovision fans requesting a ticket. The server kick people out of the server when redirecting from the queue to the actual ticket order page. And after that it was almost not possible to go into the page again even though using other browsers with clear cache and cookies (still only use 1 fane entering at same time)
No support for helping in that situation. Come on...

Made up rules you do not have a chance to abide by

This company has a monopoly on ESC tickets. Having a chance to buy tickets for Eurovision required having a TC account and a pre-registration by a certain date.
I DID BOTH THINGS TWO OF GOD'S FINE DAYS BEFORE THE STATED DEADLINE.

If your pre-registration was accepted, you got a code for buying tickets. You can see where this is going.

EVEN WHILE HAVING DONE **EVERYTHING** RIGHT AND IN PERFECT RESPECT OF THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, I, A LEGIT CUSTOMER, DID NOT GET A CODE.

Customer service then continued stubbornly to justify themselves by mentioning a phantomatic, vague "timeframe" that no one ever mentioned within which you needed to open the TC account to get authentication, a time that has to be different than the stated deadline, since I respected it. THIS IS AN A POSTERIORI MADE UP RULE THAT WAS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE, AND THEREFORE COULD NOT BE RESPECTED IF NOT BY CHANCE.

The final effect is that I, a legit customer, was not able to use their platform for absolutely no discernible reason.

Abysmally bad, blatantly incompetent company + monopoly. As always, a crap cocktail.

(PS1: I swear: if they didn't try to make up excuses, I wouldn't be here intentionally using my energies to write this. It's the excuse making that got me mad.)

(PS2: Per Eurovision's own press releases, they got 500k pre-registrations, a large portion of which were not legit, and Ticketcorner had to aggressively filter for bots. This is, naturally, THEIR problem, not mine. Make a pre-registration system with built-in anti bot measures. Do whatever you want; there is NO JUSTIFICATION for failing to provide service to a legit customer that abides by the rules.)

It's only just a ticket roulette with random rules to buy tickets. Probalbly if you are lucky the transaction is anyway charged and good luck to fix the issue with credit card company.

Expensive, unprofessional & unfair

This company, which has a monopoly position in Switzerland, repeatedly attracts attention with its high prices and poor customer service. Calls to the help centre quickly cost CHF 10 and you have to search for a contact form for a long time. I was at a concert with a power cut where about a third of the main act was still performing and Ticketcorner refused to give any refunds. Even at popular concerts such as the ESC, you have to register in advance, log in exactly to the second, then wait 30 minutes until it's your turn to choose your ticket. Then you are redirected to a long queue where there is simply nothing more to choose from or available. An hour later, tickets are available on all sales platforms for 5-10 times the purchase price. Is it possible not to have a reasonable and fair sales platform with such huge sales?

FanSale Ticketcorner

FanSale Ticketcorner. The extra ticket for Swiss cup Zurich wasn’t sold and I lost 100$.
No refund possible, they are very money oriented and don’t care if the customers lose money as long as they get those extra money. There’s a thing like karma which will get them soon too.
