Stay away from this vendor, unreliable information, zero accountability

I bought tickets through Tiqets to a concert of arias at Chiese Valdese in Rome. Their website information regarding the event was false and misleading in 3 ways:
The website promises free wine tasting during the break. There is no break and therefore no wine. The picture posted is very misleading. It shows a large groups of singers and players on a nicely lit and decorated stage. In fact, the ensemble is just one pianist and 2 singers, in a poorly lit church. The list of arias was performed incompletely compared to the website. But the worst was the attitude of Tiqets. When I approached Tiqets with the above misleading information and asked for a partial refund, even if for the promised unlimited wine they refused to take responsibility, promised repeatedly to look into the matter, claimed for weeks they were unable to reach their supplier ( which I couldn’t care less about as they sold me the tickets and should be responsible for their adds). Shameful attitude, best stay away.
If you look at their response you will see the attitude: lots of apologies, zero commitment to resolve the complaint, zero accountability. Of note : their untruthful information of the event is still posted on the event’s website, they didn’t bother to correct it. Why do so? Maybe we can mislead more customers.

Partial Refund Not Received for Tour

I purchased a guided tour of the Colosseum in Rome for over €50 (ref. 2113444558). However, the day before the tour, I was contacted by the tour provider, ItalyPass, and informed that the guided tour would not be possible. Instead, they offered me a regular entrance ticket worth €18, without a guide, and promised a partial refund.

Tiqets, however, never informed me about this change. To date, I have not received the refund. I have filed complaints three times already, but on the chat support, my case is ignored, the chatbot keeps looping and simply says I will receive an email, which never happens.
ItalyPass has confirmed the situation and even sent me a photo of the email they sent to Tiqets, confirming the change and requesting a 30% refund on my behalf. Still, I have not received any reimbursement.

David Hockney 2025 Paris - Fondation Louis Vuitton

Very easy to buy Premium Access tickets to the David Hockney 2025 Exhibition in Paris. Once there was shown to the premium access entrance. Very quick access to the exhibition, did not have to queue for security. Was very grateful for the premium access as it was an extremely hot day.

The exhibition was the sole reason for our trip to Paris and having read some Tiqets reviews I was very concerned the tickets were not genuine so also bought second timed entry tickets for later in the day. I did not need to, the Tiqets experience was excellent and the exhibition was absolutely amazing.

Exploring the Neuschwanstein Castle with guide Steven

Exploring the Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria (GER) via Tiqets.com was a wonderful experience, especially because of our amazing guide -[Steven, U.S.] who explained to us all there is to know about the castle and its history, adding some nice funny comments, which made us not want to end the guided tour!!! Thanks to Steven, we will remember this visit for a very long time!!!

SCAMMED on Tiqets dot com wasted trip in Rome. Be read to understand and protect yourself

Be VERY, VERY careful. We were SCAMMED by one of Tiqets suppliers. Just because seller are on this site does not mean you can trust them. At the Colosseum there was no ticket office at all to collect tickets. The maps location on the app did not match what the support person shared. Support was not able to provide any useful support. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend Tiqets as it is clear they are letting end users vet their suppliers and not taking responsibility for this. Very, very bad form.
Pick a different platform and be careful.

2024-07-18 I have received the reply from Tiqets.com customer support. They denied the refund, citing their third party supplier have sent the same google map link for ticket collection of which there is NO office or any building open to collect tickets. I stand by this rating that this was a scam and now that Tiqets.com are not investigating this properly with the level or care needed. Be very careful with this service.

Ponzi scheme in Bangkok with TIQETS to entry Grand Palace

We bought TICKETS for Grand Palace in Bangkok through TIQETS and the person who came to “give service” told us we have to…. buy tickets in cash for 500 bahts (we later bought at same price at the cashier). So, in the email they sent us we already paid for three “tickets” 54 USD, and have found at the entry that we had to pay another 1500 bahts and pay to the guide in cash. It’s real Ponzi schemes.

Dodgy ticket provider, avoid!

Absolutely diabolical customer service! I purchased two combo tickets for Montpanasse tower and a boat tour. But both tickets for the boat tour issued had been previously used! I had to purchase 2 new tickets at the pier which Tiqets has refused to reimburse me for. Definitely do not recommend this company and will not be using it again in the future. Avoid!

Will not risk using them again

Ordered tickets to Pantheon, Rome while standing outside. Booked for 15 mins, only for it to pop up that should receive in 30 mins. Said should get confirmation text and email, but neither arrived, so no ref no of the order. After 50 mins of wandering nearby waiting, still nothing. I checked my PayPal account, and altho the transaction had initially gone through, they had also cancelled it, so my money never actually went. I'm assuming PayPal stopped the payment as company flagged up, but i don't know for sure. Ended up buying directly from venue for cheaper!

Buy the official Oslo Pass instead!

Buy the official Oslo Pass instead! This site is misleading and is only an intermediary that sells the pass for the same price as the official app. Also, this one has to be redeemed in person for an official voucher before use. I bought this when the Visitor Center was already closed and needed a train ticket right away, so had to also buy the official Oslo Pass after I realized the Tiquets app was useless. I never redeemed the Tiquets Oslo Pass, but the company refuses to refund me and now I am out a LOT of money.

Don’t use this company!

My family and I are frequent travelers to Europe, as I have family there. In all
our travels I have never experienced a ticket company with such bad customer service from the moment I bought the tickets. I originally bought tickets for sites in Barcelona, including Sagrada Familia, for 6 people, €570 total. The bad experience started when I realized each person had to download 1-2 apps per destination for the tickets, audio guides and maps. On some phones the audio guides would not download with the access code given. When I asked them to fix it before the trip they could not. Once in Barcelona I realized that the Hop on Hop off bus was not part of our tickets, even though on the website it seemed to be included with our tickets. We were planning to use it for transportation in the city as we have done in multiple European capitals before. With all the confusion trying to get on bus, and eventually after going through the long line and being turned away, we were not able to get to the museum as planned. After working with customer service I thought they agreed to give me a refund of €196. Just got my bill, they refunded €35 for the audio portion of the museum and say it’s the best they can do. Tiqets customer service is horrible and when visiting the destinations, since this is a third party, the museums, bus etc can’t help you. They tell you to contact Tiqets. We were only in Barcelona 2 days. Spent most of one day trying to sort out the Tiqets issues. When reading other bad reviews, I see they always apologize. However I asked them to make it right with a proper refund for our tickets to that one museum and they refused.
UPDATE after seeing their reply:
As expected Tiqets has written an apology, as I saw in response to countless other complaints, but it doesn’t change that in the moment they do not resolve your problem. It was not just the audio which was effected and once they issued the refund, we no longer had access to those tickets. If things go smoothly with them, I guess all is good hence the many good reviews. When things go badly they don’t have the ability or desire to correct them in the moment, and leave you hanging. So I would just say, buyer beware! Best to go directly to the source for tickets. This third party is too far removed.

No tickets, bad customer service. I do not recommend

Didn't get my tickets despite having a letter confirming payment and notifications on my bank app and PayPal that it had been paid. The live chat on the website didn't work and when I downloaded the app and did the web chat there they told me they hadn't been sent as I hadn't paid and then ended the chat. Appalling customer service and the webpage still shows payment confirmed and that the tickets will be coming in max 30 mins

This is a scam outfit all the way. Oslo pass bought, but must present at Oslo Central Station for pick up in the era of virtual EVERYTHING.
Total joke: they don’t tell you it is a fake until after you have paid.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
They have clearly seen an opportunity for ‘low hanging fruit’ and instead of making their company 21st century, they prey on people by leaving your tickets in the 20th Century location while keeping your money in their 21st Century pockets.
Unapologetically unhelpful. It’s a money grab for sure.

Does not meet expectations…

It is for me not clean at all to get into contact with Tickets as upposed to what they say: 24/7 available.
The International train was delayed so we could not arrive in Amsterdam the day before visiting the museum. There was no possibility to get a refund anymore 48 h in advance. So pure profit for tiquets I suppose or the museum lost two clients.

I haven’tMr Robertson actually been yet but it…

I haven’t actually been yet but it tells me $32 but it doesn’t tell me a family pass what I get for my $32. How much is it to get up close and personal and see every bit of information except what you get for your money? Does that mean $32 to in plus what how much to get close and post how much Taxi animals how much for a family? How much for two adults and two children is their concession? I cannot find any of this information.

I was overcharged by £10 and the ticket…

I was overcharged by £10 and the ticket I bought was the price of an Annual Ticket. I immediately contacted them and asked for my money back - they refused!
I was really upset as £41 for one visit is too much and I wanted an annual ticket that I’d paid for!
I didn’t go to Blenheim in the end and returned the ticket to them.
Beware of using this site. They overcharge and Customer Service is a waste of time. SHAME ON THEM
