Always a positive experience from TJC. I had a recurring problem with Evri delivery and complained to customer service. They escalated the issue and it seems to have been sorted . I even had a phone call from an agent checking all was well . I ve bought from TJC and never had any issues ..top class company who put customers first .

I did order, but I have sent one order back as it was too small. The quality is very good. Although I was quite disappointed that the fit was too small, I enjoyed the experience. It did cost 4 pounds to send it back, but I got the rest refunded very quickly

Placed an order on the 5th May for a ring used as an engagement ring, with the order page showing “order by 5pm to receive by 11th May”. My online account says dispatched, but the tracking provides no number, just “photography” as a Royal Mail tracking number which is obviously incorrect.

I’ve contacted TJC 3 times now regarding this, each time I’m told “we’re investigating this for you, please allow 48hrs for dispatch”. That timeframe keeps passing and I’m told the same again when contacting them. Today I’ve called them, and have been told the same again and that the ring has still not been dispatched and to wait another 48hrs.

It’s now 4 days past the guaranteed delivery date with no real update on when the ring will arrive as I’m repeatedly told to wait 48hrs. I ordered this 10 days ago with proposal plans booked that I’ve now had to cancel paid reservations for - losing deposits. I ordered the ring on the promise of delivery and so that the ring wasn’t sitting at home to be found, but allowed a few days for delays.

This is my first order with TJC and will be my last before even receiving the product.

Each time I check my account I’m sent spam texts and emails inviting me to check their products incase I “missed something”, I’ve also been sent an email asking for a review stating that they are “hoping I like the product”… again, still not received.

Very good experience shopping with TJC, the item was delivered quickly and was of nice quality at a good price.

If incompetence were a luxury product, TJC would be selling it in diamond-studded packaging.

Let’s start with the basics—because clearly, they haven’t. You’d think that in 2026, a company selling jewellery (you know, the thing people overwhelmingly buy as gifts) would have something as revolutionary as… a gifting option. Apparently not. No alternate recipient name. No way to mark it as a gift. No safeguard to stop invoices and pricing being shoved into the package like a spoiler alert wrapped in cardboard. It’s like they’ve skipped the last two decades of e-commerce evolution entirely.

So there I am, trying to do something simple—send a birthday necklace directly to a friend. Straightforward? Not with TJC. The order goes through… and it’s addressed to my friend’s house, but in my name. Brilliant. So now it looks like I’ve accidentally shipped myself a present to someone else’s address. Naturally, I contact customer support expecting a basic fix.

Their response?
“Nothing we can do.”

Nothing. Not even a workaround. No attempt to help. No ownership. Just a polite shrug wrapped in customer service script. Quick replies, sure—but completely hollow. It’s like talking to a chatbot trained exclusively in apathy.

Fine. I cancel the order, thinking I’ll just redo it properly. Simple recovery, right?

Wrong again.

Within hours, the exact same item has magically doubled in price. No warning. No explanation. Just a blatant, suspicious price jump that conveniently locks me out of repurchasing. If that’s not shady, it’s at the very least wildly anti-consumer.

So let’s recap:

No gifting functionality (in a jewellery store 🤯)
No ability to change recipient name after purchase
No protection from exposing pricing in gifts
Customer support that responds fast but solves nothing
Prices that spike the moment you try to fix their broken system

And somehow—somehow—this company is sitting on a solid Trustpilot rating? That’s the real mystery here.

This wasn’t just a bad experience—it was a masterclass in how to waste a customer’s time, test their patience, and completely destroy trust in a single transaction.

Avoid. Completely. Unless you enjoy paying more for less while being told there’s “nothing they can do.”

There is no doubt that they have some very good products but I do feel that sometimes, the photographs are slightly misleading. The same images are being used for smaller and larger carat weight jewellery of a similar design and rings/pendants are shown superimposed on a model and they are definitely not to scale! It can be very disappointing when you actually receive the item to discover that the impact it has online does NOT appear in reality. It's such a shame because the quality is there overall and the prices are very reasonable.
