Trust and honesty
Trust and honesty. Every time i deal with these guys they surprise me, and I appreciate that. It goes a long way that personal touch in this day and age where communication has become so impersonal. It's money thats going up in smoke quite literally, so to know you are getting the best of service, from ordering to delivery and watching the reaction on the faces of my kids to all the effort put in, makes it all worthwhile.
Thank you.

Hi Matthew,
We are disappointed to receive this review as the order was delivered well within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
Your order was placed after business hours on 30th April using our standard delivery service, which clearly states an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days. Due to the weekend and the bank holiday on 4th May, Friday 1st May was effectively the first working day for processing. Tracking confirms your parcel was delivered on 5th May - within 2 working days.
An express next-day delivery option was also available at checkout for a small additional cost, however this was not selected.
We also attempted to contact you directly by phone after seeing this review but unfortunately received no answer. At no point were we contacted regarding any issue with the order before this review was posted, which is disappointing as we always aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
We take customer service seriously and believe this review does not accurately reflect the service provided in this case.
Kind regards,
Top Shotter Fireworks

SPECTACULAR! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Spectacular, fantastic fireworks. Huge display, lasted ages, lit up the whole sky. I bought The Asylum £130 and Raging Bull £50. Raging Bull great if you're on a budget. Asylum definitely worth splashing out for! Very impressed. Good service, good communication, good delivery updates. Pleasant trouble-free experience from start to finish.
I would buy again.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Top Shotter Fireworks are amazing, brilliant service! My first time ordering from them and needed a delivery to Birmingham, I got a call with helpful suggestions, and got upgraded when my first choice was out of stock. Communication was super quick, easy and my order was placed on Monday, arrived within 3 days. Really impressed and would definitely order from them again! Thank you
