My experience was great. The agent that supported my need by name Precious was awesome. She showed care and concern in ensuring my vehicle was transported in a timely manner. She also did all she could to ensure there were no setback’s. I will like to work with her again.

Minimally involved in the transport process. Was not available when things inevitably went wrong and plans changed with the transport company. This is probably just what happens when you have a middle man between you and then people actually picking up the car.

I have used Transportsaver for all my for all my cars from my Lexus RC-F to a small Formula Ford race car and all it’s spare parts. Each time my contact has taken care of them as if they were her own. Cars are usually picked up the next day and delivered straight to my driveway. On top of the great service you only pay a small deposit until your car arrives at the destination and you have inspected it. Don’t waste your time call Previous at Transportsaver.com and feel good knowing your car is in her hands.

If you’re thinking about using this company for vehicle transport, DON’T. My experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish—full of false promises, shady pricing tactics, and horrible communication.

I was quoted $200 to transport my car from Phoenix to Tucson, with pickup scheduled for the next day. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. Because this company is based on the East Coast, managing business hours was a nightmare. Despite their assurances, my car was never picked up, communication was sporadic at best, and then—like a classic bait-and-switch—the price started creeping up. Suddenly, my $200 quote turned into $275, then $300, and finally $350. At no point did I agree to these changes, yet they just kept pushing the price higher.

To make matters worse, their communication was utterly incompetent and borderline harassment. After going radio silent for hours or days at a time, they would suddenly call or text me at 6 AM or 7 AM, claiming they had a driver available. But here’s the kicker: I had to be present at pickup, and I no longer live in Phoenix. I explained this repeatedly, yet they acted as if it was my fault for not being able to teleport there in two hours.

And their excuse? "Oh, the $200 was just an estimate. The drivers set the final price." Well, if you can’t transport my car for $200, then don’t quote $200! It’s simple. Don’t string me along, waste my time, and then expect me to scramble at the last minute for a driver that never actually materializes.

At the end of the day, my car was never transported, I wasted countless hours dealing with these people, and their lies and shady business practices left me furious. The vehicle transport industry is full of scammers, liars, and completely unreliable companies—and this one is no exception. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.

I was nervous about shipping my car cross country (plus with all of the different companies and bad experience stories) but I will definitely be using again in the future. Valery found me a driver quickly and communicated well and made the process as smooth as possible.
