These folks are a scam plain and simple. I made arrangements to have a vehicle picked up and was guaranteed a specific time and date- it never happened. Every day that passed I was given a new excuse and a new time and date. Finally they sent me a generic picture with vehicles stuck on a trailer with another excuse. This same picture is floating around on the web which is given to other people they are scamming. They never picked up the car, but made sure the threaten me legally and let me know they have the right to keep the $100 dollar deposit. I believe this company makes its money on scamming people out of the $100 deposit then NEVER picking up the vehicle. They are shady, corrupt, and I highly recommend you DO NOT use these unprofessional scam artist.

The entire process was great. Valery was open and honest about everything. She explained the process, how the car would be shipped and kept me notified along the way. Customer Service is number one in my book and I had many offers but inly one made me feel like I was a valued customer amd not just a number. When it comes to shipping my car they have my vote of confidence. Hope this review helps you with your final decision. Why not a 5? Cause I wasn't immediately notified when my car was picked up. Butvthats cause they got it early 😁

Valery was very honest and direct with some of my questions. Working in this field before I knew I could trust her. The others were just making promises they could not keep.

Transportsaver was amazing! Transportsaver negotiated the best price with the best transporter. They were able to get me a transporter (MCX Transport) who was professional and very skilled on loading my lifted F250 4x4. The transporter (MCX Transport) was also very skilled on navigating the roads to my property located in Western NC.

They were very honest and great price stayed with the price I agreed too plus gave updates on the car and sent confirmation pictures I would definitely use this company again

I was working with another company that quoted me at one price only to increase the price by $100 saying they couldn’t find a driver to do it for less. When I told them I would look elsewhere, they immediately lowered the price by $50. When I switched to Transport saver they quoted me at one price and that was the final price! They were helpful, trustworthy and didn’t play any games.

Worked with Valery from Transportsaver. She was very patient and helped me find the best deal to get my car transported with reliable driver. I had no issues and it was a no hassle experience overall.

I would highly recommend Jack and his services. This is my 3rd vehicle I’ve shipped within a year and Jack has been my go to and the expert to handle my shipping car needs. A++ server and communication.

The day before my car was to be picked up, Gabe from TransportSaver told me he could only find a carrier at 65% higher than the quote he provided just 4 days earlier! I asked to cancel the order, and he said "his legal department wouldn't allow it". He told me he had already booked the carrier. Later he admitted it that he hadn't booked a carrier. he lied. I found a far more reputable broker that cost me 25% less than TransportSaver. Very disappointing experience.
