If I could give zero starts I would

If I could give zero starts I would - this has been the absolutely worst company we have ever had to deal with - from issues day one with repairs that were promised - roof leaks, mold, pool unusable and HOA after HOA violations caused by their lack of care. But try withholding the rent for lack repair and they will start eviction without a care for their tenant's health or safety. Dead beat company - STAY FAR FROM THEIR PROPERTIES!!!!!!!!!

Terrible, Horrible and Awful

I’ve been living in this home for 11 years and I’ve never heard that it’s the tenants responsibility to paint the entire house and for the rent that they’re asking for this is truly ridiculous because if we have to paint we need the DEED so we can paint it the color we want, but according to the lease we have to let them know if we want too but WHY IF WE HAVE TO PAINT OURSELVES? Make it make sense because it’s NOT MAKING ANY!! We almost burned up here from them sending someone out to fix the breaker box who evidently didn’t know what he was doing a few years back. They constantly send contractors out who don’t know anything they just hire people who can’t even read a tape measure or do anything for that matter. Some issues that we’ve reported still haven’t been fixed properly just a shabby, pathetic, awful, horrible service. They redid the kitchen cabinets by painting over them and the countertops, the drawers still get stuck, wheels falling off! I mentioned that it’s mold and all they did was come out and painted over it SO SAD!! The master bathroom shower keeps pealing and all they do is send someone out to paint over it I’ve had this done at least 3 times within a couple of year’s. Just told them about the master bathroom cabinet and they just placed a wood piece of wood under it and nailed it down like that fixed it. They came out to do the foundation and it still has cracks on the patio and in the inside and the paint don’t even match. The stove went out a few years ago and they came and out and replaced it with a easy baker oven instead of the same size that they took out! I can’t even prepare holiday meals in it because it’s so SMALL! We tried to get Stanley Steamer to come out to do the air ducts but they stated that Tricon had to do it bad mistake! They came out and did the air ducts and it’s still dusty! We asked for window screens and they still don’t fit. The patio door is a sliding door and it’s HORRIBLE but they said they can’t find any when in fact Home Depot and Lowe’s still carry them I guess we have to do that too! I have a whole lot to say but it may become a novel. They replaced the carpet for the entire house a couple years ago and it’s not even it look like it’s coming from the base of the wall. This is my 3rd review about them and their ridiculous, terrible, and awful landlord capabilities for those of us who’ve been living in their homes for over at least 5 years.

The Company does not care about its…

The Company does not care about its tenants. Repairs are subpar, rent after first year is increased by $504 by smuggling it in the fine print. Bully you into a longer lease. One day late fee is upward of $138- Horrible company.
