Ordered TriTats - website they were in stock - store notified me that they were refunding my monies. I recommended to other athletes and the same thing happened to them. I guess they will have to consider the name "Almost Tri Everything".

Went to another vendor, paid a few bucks more and got the TriTats.

Tri Everything takes customer service to a new level. I don't think I've interacted with any company that is so attentive to their customers! They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need when you need it to succeed in training and racing.

I was experiencing some chafing from my wetsuit for the first time and posted on social media about what products people use to eliminate chafing. John sent me a message and made sure I had TriGlide in my hands for my next swim! AMAZING!

I called Trieverything less than two weeks before the Escape the Cape Triathlon which is taking place in North Cape May, NJ - a big, sold-out event with the swim in the Delaware Bay, just off the Atlantic Ocean, in early June. Wetsuits are all but mandatory. Of course, it turns out I wear the most popular size women's wetsuit and I wanted a sleeveless wetsuit, also the most popular choice. There were no more left in my size. I worked with John. After asking me numerous questions, he figured out that there were several options for me to still wear a sleeveless suit. He even told me that he'd bring extra suits so that when I pick up the suit the day before the event, if the one I chose didn't fit, he'd have other suits available for me to try and could exchange the one I rented for a different size/model. Incredible customer service! This is probably going to sound weird but I hope to meet John on Saturday! (I just realized when I posted the review that it looks like my husband wrote the review. I can't figure out a way to change the name but, for those of you who are wondering, this review was written by a woman - Brian's wife - not by my husband. Not that there's anything wrong with a man wearing a woman's wetsuit!)

I am new to triathlons. The staff explained the different options with triathlon wetsuits and was very helpful with assisting me with the best wetsuit for my need.

They have participated in triathlons themselves. They don’t rely on what they read in marketing adds. Instead they use their personal experience when assisting their customers.

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.
