Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a taxi on 2nd Feb 2025 to arrive at my airbnb at 3am, however it showed up at 2am, left no message on the app or by text saying that they have arrived, so by chance i looked at the app to make sure everything was okay and it said the taxi showed up already. I then had to book a new taxi so in the end i got charged for both journeys. I then decided i'm going to try get a refund from the company for the first journey that didn't happen and have dealt with nothing but abuse from this company. They were blaming me for the taxi when it wasn't my fault, they tried to blame time zone difference even though if that were the case my taxi would have shown up at 4am not 2am. After emailing back and forth with this company for a few weeks they decided to ignore me so i sent an email saying i'm going to contact my bank and they got back to me within five minutes. However this has led to no results as they are now saying it was my fault that i booked too many taxis (the original taxi and the replacement so literally only 2 taxis due to their error) and are not going to offer me a refund. I am now taking this up with my bank, reporting this terrible excuse for a company. I would suggest steering clear of this company.

Taxifix is an excellent app for booking taxis in Tromsø. The service is reliable, though customer service reps occasionally miss calls.
When visiting Tromsø, this app is your go-to for taxi bookings. Just be sure to book your ride from the city center to the airport well in advance!
