Honestly, the product didn't work for my son. But the 4 star rating is for the customer service of the autobrush team. Worked with Tim and he was able to help me resolve my issues quickly.

My 3 kids (9,8,6) are finally brushing their teeth without resistance and without us having to ask. I can visibly see a difference in the health of their teeth and gums. Great product!!

Good, but my son doesn't like it. He would rather his old one. Sucks because I spent $100+ on a toothbrush that isn't even being used.

The brush has been life-changing for my 2 year old. She finally brushes her teeth and has fun doing it. The customer service is also exceptional!

I absolutely LOVE these tooth brushes. I originally only wanted one for my 3-year-old but couldn't pass up the sibling deal pack. They're obsessed (to say the least) and I just ordered one for my 11-year-old. They are a little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

I had an issue with my order being lost by USPS. When I reached out to customer service, they were already aware and had been in contact with usps. Email correspondence was so fast and very personal, I was very impressed! I was treated like a family member, rather than a customer!
My daughter (6) loves her AutoBrush! It has transformed bathroom time for us, that was usually tearful and very difficult!

I had the hardest time getting my 3 year old to brush. Ever since he had teeth, it was a struggle. I was at my wits end and finally gave into Autobrush after seeing it online a couple times.

Wow, the difference is night and day. My 3 year old loves brushing his teeth now and it is so quick, it is never a hassle. He dances to the music while brushing. My 7 year old loves it, too.

I have had them less than a week and I can already see a difference in the cleanliness of their teeth. I would highly recommend to any parent! I wish I would have spent the money a year ago when I first saw Autobrush!

100 percent worth the money!! I bought an AutoBrush for my daughter because she was becoming more independent and wanted to solely brush her own teeth but I could see that she was not getting them very clean on her own. It was also a struggle getting her to brush even once a day. She LOVES her AutoBrush so much that she willingly brushes twice a day, everyday now and I can see a huge difference in the cleanliness and color of her teeth! My older son watched her use it and wanted one also, I just got our second AutoBrush in the mail and he loves it too! It’s hard to get a teenage boy to care about oral care but this is making major improvements. As an added bonus the customer service is hands down one of the best I’ve found!! Way to go AutoBrush! I 10/10 recommend your products!

I tried a cheaper u-shaped toothbrush for my son that had silicone bristles to make sure he would use it before springing for the auto brush, and I can definitely tell the difference with the nylon bristles. It’s expensive for a toothbrush but I know it will save me money on dental visits for the future! My son is 2 and he loves to use his auto brush. The music is loud on it, but he enjoys it!

The new nylon kids autobrush is amazing. My boys are 6 and 10 and we’ve always had trouble ensuring they brush thoroughly. We’ve used the autobrush for 4 months now and they both just had a perfect checkup at the dentist! The light and song make brushing fun and brushing all of the teeth at once makes it quick and easy! Getting ready for school and bed is hard but now brushing is easy!

My little ones hated to brush now they bug me to brush! Fast shipping very happy with product. The only reason for the four star and not five is one tooth brush is very loud. ( monkey) the other is not. (Zebra) but still works

Best customer service I ever experienced in a while.
30 day guarantee period passed for my son’s lion brush (mine was about a little less than two months), but they are sending a replacement without hesitation. I sent them an email last night, and the replacement is already on its way. How is that possible these days? I recommend Autobrush for toddlers who do not want to brush with a regular toothbrush to start having a constant brushing habit. And also, a big shoutout to the Autobrush team for the excellent customer service.

I'm happy with my purchase so far. The people over at Autobrush has been really helpful and my kids are enjoying their new toothbrush. My son even asks to brush his teeth thee times in a row.

I was nervous about ordering AutoBrush. For some families, the price may not seem like very much, for me, it was a huge chance I was taking....my 2 boys and I are on a tight budget and I work 7 days a week to make sure they have whatever they want. The AutoPay was a game changer for me!!!
My computer had stored my old address in it, and when I put my order through, I noticed that my old address was listed in the shipping section. I contacted Autobrush to try to change it really quick, However, I noticed in the FAQs section, that once orders are placed, they cant change the address. I emailed them anyways in the hopes I caught it in time. Joie, from customer service, was right on this for me!! Within 10 minutes of my email, she reached out to me, and because she emailed me so quickly, she ended up waiting on me to respond to her, with my current address, She didn't have to do this for me, the rules clearly stated she didn't, but she did anyways. To be honest, the product didn't sell itself, until we got it!!! (WOW), the customer service alone was the reason I felt more comfortable about purchasing the AUTOBRUSH, they continued to reach out, to make sure we were happy.
I've recommended everyone to try AUTOBRUSH, I've shared it on my facebook page, told patients and co-workers about it at the pediatricians office that I work at and have even mentioned it to the people on the other side of the bar that I work at also. We couldn't be happier with it!!! AUTOBRUSH ROCKS!!!!

My 10 year old son has multiple severe autoimmune disorders that cause him to develop very painful mouth ulcers. Due to this, getting him to brush his teeth was borderline impossible. Since purchasing AutoBrush, he is not only excited to brush his teeth, but he is no longer fearful of brushing causing him pain. Since it is like a retainer, the bristles don't touch his cheeks at all (where a majority of the mouth ulcers occur). This means he is able to safely brush his teeth again without being in pain! The order came very quickly after it was placed! All items were delivered as expected! We have already recommended to our son's doctors but would highly recommend for everyone!!
