No more everyday battles!

Had it a short time but so far so good! My everyday battle has disappeared and my daughter actually goes and brushes her teeth without being asked!! That alone is a win from me

Hasn’t arrived and it’s been months

I ordered this over a month and a half ago. Emails about my order status were never responded to. It has apparently been being shipped for the last two weeks (I don’t know why it wasn’t for the month before that?) so I don’t know if they’re shipping via horse and buggy, but they still are unable to provide a ETA for the product. When I spend hundreds of dollars on products I expect some sort of communication when I enquire about the status of my order.

The autobrush team was also under the impression this would be resolved quickly and would have been more proactive in communicating the delay should we have known its impact earlier. This is a great company

This is a great company. I love the products. My teeth have never felt so clean after brushing. I love the foam toothpaste, too and the customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and encourage contacting them with concerns so they’re addressed quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Love it

My son is neurodivergent so it’s been difficult to brush his teeth. He is loving this Daniel tiger brush. Easing him into the vibration was simple it took 2 days to get it fully in mouth. We on day 8 and I am able to keep in mouth vibrating with the bubblegum toothpaste this time. We are making progress. The singing along helps him feel better

Finally no more resistance to brushing

My child just turned 6 and the struggle to brush teeth at night was less than ideal. She also is very independent so my worries about plaque were also an issue. This toothbrush exceeded my expectations in quality and the ability to hand my kid some of the responsibility of teeth hygiene. It reaches both teeth and gums for her leaving her mouth clean. There is no discomfort unlike before, getting manhandled by a parent just trying to get the job done. I really like that the toothpaste with its properties it’s made of and the music is enjoyed by my daughter to use for timing when to stop. All in all we are very content with this autobrush and appreciate the cute unicorn design for a girl.

ZERO direct communication & printed information.

Dislike inability to speak directly with someone. Can not understand why there are NO Instructions with the items. The lack of durect, VERBAL communication made the process very time consuming and frustrating. Don't know if I'd bother doing this again, or would even recommend it to others, especially with the costs (time & money spent) involved.. items ordered in January, 2025.. this is March, 2025.. we still don't have the full order (thus, unable to really use the total products), and, still have some unanswered questions.

I ordered Autobrush’s for my family of…

I ordered Autobrush’s for my family of four for Christmas. The white adult brush was on back order at the time and all of the others were essentially ready to ship. I ordered the white one anyway because I wasn’t in a rush to get mine. 2 weeks go by and I hadn’t received any updates on the the other 3 toothbrushes so I reached out to customer service. It turns out that they were holding the order until the white brush was available but they didn’t have a timeline when it would all be shipped. I ended up taking them up on their offer to swap it with the black brush. I opted not to subscribe to their toothpaste because I first wanted to see which flavors my picky kids liked. A month and a half goes by and we started to run low so I ordered 4 bottles of tooth paste which cost over $40. 2 weeks go by again without notice and it turns out that their Mint flavor is on back order (it didn’t disclose this when I ordered) and they can’t tell me when it will be back in stock but that I can swap it for watermelon or bubblegum. My husband and I did not want to use those flavors to brush our teeth. At this point my kids, husband and I have run out of toothpaste so I picked some up at the store. Big mistake- the brush heads are so hard to clean! The regular toothpaste gets stuck in the corners of the brush and around the bristles that it is almost impossible to get out and it turns a funky color. Now, we all need new heads that will cost us an additional $100+. This has been a frustrating experience especially since my husband has mistaken my brush for his multiple times (the reason why I wanted the white brush). Not to mention I keep getting spammed with marketing emails telling me it’s time to order new toothpaste. This purchase has been one expensive joke!

Our warehouse replenishment order was delayed multiple times over, and we were made to believe it would resolve at any moment. If we knew then how significant the delay would be, we would of certainly have been more proactive to avoid putting you and others in this situation.

I have refunded you the $40 for your order, and added some extra Strawberry and Mint toothpaste. The Watermelon will ship separately. If there's anything else we can do to make this right, don't hesitate to reach out.

For using normal toothpaste, rinsing the brush with warm water after applying the toothpaste will "foam" it up during brushing so that cleaning the brush head doesn't require more than a rinse afterward.

They have the best customer service…

They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. They are fast to reply, sometimes it's just a few minutes and you can tell it's not just auto replies. They are kind, understanding, and genuinely care for their customers. As long as they are selling, this is the only toothbrush I will buy.

A MUST BUY for kids!

Take all my money! This has SOLVED our issues with getting our kids to brush. It is definitely worth the price. Yes, they are pricey, but you know what else is pricey? dental visits and cavities! Both of my kids now brush willingly, and easily. They brush more often and I feel so much better that their teeth are actually getting clean.

Dont let them have your phone number

Ineffective product. My spouse and I tried it, and both agreed it did a considerably worse job cleaning teeth than a regular toothbrush. I tossed the thing out, but I still almost daily spam texts from Autobrush and cannot figure out how to get them to stop. I even report them as junk on my phone and they still keep reappearing and coming in.

Customer service was great need a smaller brush head please!

Customer service was great by chat. Fast and efficient! Really appreciated all the time that Jaypee spent helping me today. Only wish that the autobrush came in a smaller toddler size as my daughter is 2, and the smallest brush head is still too big for her little mouth! 😔 I love mine and my mouth feels great after use. I can’t wait to use it with my mini! 😊
