The customer service at the Upper Canada location was the worst one ever. The manager and employee only had excuses and no “hey understand or see the point of view of the costumer”. They do not offer any suggestion if the product fits just care to sell and get the money. I will never send my friends or family to to this location. There was only 2 people in the store and they were unable to say hey show me how it fits to offer suggestions. There is truly no customer service quality and I will never shop there again.

I have purchased T-Shirts for my son for the past 4yrs on his birthday the employees are very helpful and I definitely recommend checking them out

Ordering online was easy, but the in-store pickup was hard to find. They had moved locations and I had to wander around the mall looking for the new place. T-shirt and print was nice quality. Be careful of large designs as the thermal transfer tends to make the fabric get stiff and "plasticky".
