Typhur's customer service is the model for how all manufacturers should treat their customers. I have had a few issues with the airfyer; however, Typhur stands behind its products and always finds a way to resolve the issue quickly, with the minimal amount of hassle to me, the consumer. Top of the line airfryer and top of the line customer service!

Love it ~ Still a bit of a learning curve. I would give it a 5 star, the unit is a bit large & the basket is a bit cumbersome for me to deal with, but figuring it all out. I can adapt. Wish the basket was a little deeper. Other than that, my food comes out delish! Which is pretty essential in my book!

What a great product. The bottom burner moves this to a higher level. Well-built and extremely quiet!

Love the air fryer. Quiet operation, even cooking and it even self cleans. Food comes out perfect without a whole lot of flipping. Get product.

I have to check the air flow in the back to make sure it is on, so quiet. I only cook bacon in my Dome 2. Brussel sprouts come out amazing and this is the best Air Fryer I have owned.

I have reached out to customer service for an issue with my air fryer. They respond quickly, and solved the issue. I have purchased from them a few times, I am very happy with my products, 2 air fryers, and a milk frother, and use these products everyday. I highly recommend this company and there products.

I love my new Typhur dome 2. I love that I do not have to flip my foods because of the double heating element. I thought it would be too cumbersome on my counter but it’s not it looks great! Very pleased overall:)

I’m happy with the product but it wouldn’t accept the discount code for signing up for emails and text. I reached out earlier about this but never got a response.

I never understood the hype or thought I would ever get an air fryer. But after friends raved about theirs I finally thought I would give it a go. I am so lucky I did. My typhur sync is super efficient, quick cooking, easy to clean up and easy to read and operate. I Love it! Now I am searching out new recipes to try.

The Typhur Dome 2 has exceeded my expectations, and they were high to start. So far, it does everything it is built to do extremely well. It is so good that I have actually made room for it on my kitchen counter and the counter space is limited. It has replaced my electric oven for many of the items we cook. Also, impressive, is the finish on the removable drawer/tray. I wish other kitchen appliances were built this well. None of the cooked foods stick to the cooking surfaces of the drawer or the tray. They clean up extremely easy.

Typhur is the best appliance in my kitchen. I never realized I could make my own pizza and Naan bread as well as all me vegetables/meats. I love the ceramic coating in the basket!

It’s big & efficient so far I love it. I want to try the grill option & see how food is good to turn out

I do not like the air fryer, and regret buying it. It doesn’t have a preheat function. It’s different setting do not perform as indicated. Waste of money! Weighs a ton, and set off my smoke alarm!

Price dropped the day it was delivered. Other than that it's a great machine
