Very disappointed in the Vein Clinics response when my husband had to cancel his appointment at the last minute due to me being in hospital. As my husband was unsure of my discharge date from our local hospital he had to cancel his appointment with the Vein Clinic on the day before his appointment. He wanted to re-arrange another appointment but was told this would cost a further £95 as did not give 5 days notice!!! Unfortunately for him he could not predict how quickly or not; I would recover from pneumonia. So my husband has lost his £250 consultation charge with Vein Clinic as they were not interested at all in the circumstances for having to cancel. As I said very disappointed in this company and its attitude. Think carefully before committing to a consultation, as things beyond your control may lead to a cancellation.
